Still amazing Customer Service! I was in transit yesterday and had a chance to spend a night at this Holiday Inn. Pat, the Front Desk Employee on duty last night, went above and beyond to make my check-in a smooth one. Her humor brightened my spirit in a time of need. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was stocked with wonderful products that actually work (not cheap products - the conditioner works, which is a miracle with my hair). The staff that manned the breakfast area was kind and kept the area immaculate. Parking is ample and the bed was super comfy - black-out curtains and a great room location (away from the elevators) ensured a restful night.

Don’t stay here if you want clean … I spent one night here, because I was in town for a baby shower. Don’t be fooled by the appearance of a nicely updated lobby! Check in was easy, but once I saw the room, I wanted to check out. I noticed the poorly renovated bathroom had hair on the bathtub and an ill-fitted toilet. The bathroom door, floor, and light switches had clearly been left out of the renovation and were old and stained. There were mysterious “dirt balls” in the space where the extra roll of toilet paper was kept. And there was an unsightly red mucus-looking piece of dirt hanging over the top of the interior bathroom door molding … disgusting! The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was painted and the a/c worked well although it had chipped wall paint above it revealing an old rusty stain across the wall. I’m particular about cleanliness and will not be returning. This is not the experience we have had in the past with other Holiday Inn Express hotels. Beware !!! Don’t stay here if you want clean!!

Entire visit 5/29 - 5/30 was awesome. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was nice; clean; had plenty of linen. everything worked properly. enjoyed pool time with grands. breakfast was great. Trish [manager] and Teresa went out of their way to accomodate me. Even kept my cake that needed to be refrigerated but didn't fit in the fridge in the room - for me. definitely will stay again.

3 Nights in Prince Frederick Great place to stay. It is close to many stores and eateries. Staff, room, and breakfast were great. The city is a great place in which to view the surrounding area. There is a pool and fitness room on the grounds.

Very quiet and pleasant stay The hotel was a little older, but well maintained and very clean. Breakfast selection was decent, but would have liked to see fresh fruit offered. The staff was very helpful and friendly, particularly the housekeepers. We decided not to have room cleaning due to COVID and every morning the cleaning lady checked to make sure what supplies we needed. The community is very nice too with numerous activities available and shopping options. Will stay here again for sure.
