Night at hotel __ I had a not so great stay at this hotel. In the middle of the night i was awaken from a noise from the room next door. It really bothered my sleep. The customer service was poor, my room seemed like it hasn't been cleaned since last week. Even my covers had yellow stains all over them. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Decent stay, reasonable place. One night stay on the last night of a two-week road trip. Facility was neat, with common areas clear. Room clean and orderly. Staff, both front desk and housekeeping were friendly, and perhaps the most engaging of all during our trip. The contents of their "breakfast bag" were the most generous of our two-week odyssey. Location is reasonably easy to reach off off interstate, though not ideal. Value was, again, reasonable, despite state and occupancy taxes adding just over 12% on top of the room rate.

Nice find... We've only stayed in a Sleep Inn & Suites twice, both were good, this one was excellent. The staff were very helpful, the hotel well appointed, our room was clean, our beds were comfortable and the breakfast was THE best. We would stay there again if we were ever to travel through that area.

HORRIBLE Customer Service! I had a reservation at this hotel for my husband and our two grandsons to stay one night while they toured some of the nearby museums. Unfortunately, the youngest grandson came down with a stomach bug the morning of the trip. Because he was having frequent accidents, I called the hotel and asked to cancel the reservation. I was immediately told that I would still be charged for the room because of the 24 hour advance cancellation notice. I asked to speak with the manager, due to the circumstances that caused the cancellation, and was still told I'd be charged for the room. I have little doubt that the room was re-sold, so no money would be lost by our cancellation due to a child's sudden illness!
