We will stay here again A very comfortable and convenient place with lots of gardens and trees. Suite was roomy and kitchen well equipped. Dishwasher, stove, microwave and full fridge. Staff went to some trouble to give us a ground floor suite because we were traveling with our dog.

Not clean, doesn't feel safe. Hotel management does not care. We stayed here the last weekend of August. After our stay, we personally wrote the hotel to let them know about our dissatisfaction which including safety and cleanliness issues, which we supplied pictures o. They wrote back with a defensive tone and dismissed everything we said. It's only after that exchange that I looked at Tripadvisor and noticed that others have had the same complaints. The property is located on a highway and the rooms are courtyard style. Anybody could get up to your room at any time. I left something in the car and when I went down, there were people loitering at the bottom of the stairs. There was also cigarette butts all over and debris both on the staricase/landing and some not so clean spots in the room.

Dirty, TV doesn't work, internet goes out, power goes out, no housekeeping, trashy hallways. Don't stay here TV gets 2 channels. I hope you like Fox, because that's one of only 2 channels on the TV. Power for the whole hotel goes out, and so does the internet. You get your room cleaned once every 2 weeks if you beg them. Cigarette butts all over the grounds. Constant noise from outside work. Don't stay here no matter what.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Stay away. Worst hotel experience I’ve had, ever. And I’ve done a lot of traveling… I will try to keep the list about my “family suite” short: 1. No lock on the bedroom door, which means your kids can come in unannounced. 2. Lock on bathroom door was broken. 3. Black mold on all the air vents, some that’s clearly been painted over to “fix” it, and some other mold on the bathroom ceiling. 4. A/C blew all the air into the living area, barely anything in the bedroom, and besides that making it very hard for everyone to be comfortable, that becomes a real problem because of my next points. 5. Kids bed doesn’t come with blankets, just a sheet. When we went to the front desk to ask for blankets, they said we have to “buy them.” Then we reluctantly agreed and they said, “they’re sold out.” So no blanket for them. 6. The pull out bed for the kids was awful - rusted and falling apart. There were literally rust stains all over the “mattress” - I say “mattress” because it is an ancient, limp piece of grossness with no padding at all. 7. Apparently they “don’t clean on weekends.” That includes not restocking any towels. What’s the point of staying at a hotel versus anywhere else if they don’t clean and restock your room? So I asked for towels and they said, “come by in 30 min and we will see if we have them.” What?! 8. There’s a smell… just a nasty smell in the room… probably from the not working A/C and bits of mold around it. Stay away from this place. Totally unacceptable.

Very Positive Experience, Value can’t be beat! My husband & I spent a Sat.-Mon. in a comfy, spacious 2 BR suite, booking last minute due to an electrical outage at our condo complex. It was the only hotel with availability that had a full kitchen. I was hesitant to book after reading dreadful Trip Advisor Reviews yet am so pleased I did. We are selective individuals & did not experience any of the issues mentioned in recent reviews. The main office & dining area were spotless & check in with Tonya was a breeze. She was welcoming and described hours of breakfast, the pool, gym etc. We were assigned a 2nd floor suite that appeared newly renovated & had generous supply of towels, perfect shower/water pressure, comfy bed & every amenity needed to cook full meals. The suite (#1623) was quiet & felt perfectly safe; occasionally we’d hear housekeeping staff or a neighbor passing yet only during waking hours. We strongly recommend the Sonesta ES Princeton; the value for the price was amazing!
