Fraudulent charges. No complaints about the hotel itself or our room. I booked for a single night and spoke to the front desk about extending my stay one day. They were able to, and were also able to match the price I paid through Travelocity. I ended up getting charged for those two nights, plus an additional one. Almost $600 total paid for 2 nights, that should have been under $200 each. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

A Home away from Home Wonderful property, homey with a friendly staff. My sister and I came to Princeton WV for our aunt’s funeral and really appreciated the special breakfast Sue worked so hard to give her customers. She continually replenished everything, kept everything clean, and we were never without coffee!! Thanks so much, Sue, for your hospitality! …A home away from home.

Radisson should be ashamed! Not worth any rating Hotel is showing significant wear and tear. Our bathroom had significant amount of mold in the grout and the tub looked dirty from wear. Not very appealing especially given the rate we paid. There are far better choices in the immediate area at the same price point or less. Very outdated & old Tub was disgusting so old, worn also with mold Bed looked like someone had already slept in _ Hotel is showing significant wear and tear. Dirty everywhere Radisson should be ashamed

Average hotel and stay Friendly and efficient check in. TA Listed this as top hotel in area and it looked nice from exterior, but was surprised when entered room. Very dated, water stains on ceilings, faded bedding, grimy carpet, stained tub,dust on surfaces, etc. Room felt dingy and dusty. Hotel interior felt same. Smoking area was “outside” but was right next to our room which added to the dirty vibe. I covered vent with towel and towel was immediately covered with dirt. I realize this is a basic hotel but Cleanliness is most important value to me and this place fell short. Would have driven further on 77 to other properties had I not depended on the 5 star ratings. It’s not even 5 stars for a budget motel. Positives: spacious room, firm mattress, coffee and tea in lobby. Friendly staff. Close to 77.

Our Second Stay Here and Probably NOT our last!! This is our second time staying here. This year and last, we brought our family skiing at Winterplace. This is a very convenient location...just off I-77 and only about 20 minutes to the resort. We would definitely come back and stay here again. This morning at breakfast, there were two baseball teams and a church group. The breakfast room and lobby were overwhelmed to say the least. However, the staff was WONDERFUL and worked very hard and tirelessly to keep everything stock. NOTHING ran out. Unbelievable! The staff is always friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. Prices are also reasonable...considering what you get and where it is. Right across the road from a WalMart Super Center and LOTS of restaurants in the immediately area! We highly recommend this place!
