Cleaning lady stole my Columbia jacket! Everything was great until we checked out and then 3 hours later realized that I left my nice new copper colored women’s Columbia jacket hanging up in the stand up closet armoire. We called the hotel right away and they checked the room. They said the room had been cleaned and they did not see any jacket in the armoire and the cleaning ladies did not turn it in. They need to fire their workers for stealing!!

Front desk saved the day. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Room was clean and spacious, pool and spa area was clean and well maintained. Andrew went above and beyond helping with an issue my wife had after checkout by investigating the situation and got back to me in a short period of time. He saved our vacation.

Great stay and service! Great service and room, very clean! Easy access to all of Provo! Helpful to the max, helped carry my luggage to the room, I'm older so it was much appreciated! Very kind, room was spic and span! AC great!

Average place... This was a clean, quiet, and comfortable place, but the breakfast area was very small with a limited number of tables and seats. It is an older place, but worked for us. There are two restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again if it was just for one night.

Great stay pet friendly Very nice, inexpensive room. Comfortable beds, really soft sheets, plenty of pillows. Shower had great water pressure, AC worked and wasn't too loud. Quiet. Breakfast had eggs, bacon, waffle maker, cereal, yogurt and bagels. Front desk staff was super nice. Pet friendly with s great grassy area and poop bags. Convenient location to freeway.
