Horrible experience- rude & inconsiderate!! Worst experience ever! I called 2 days ago to get a room for my mom who is 76 and my 3 nieces. I gave them my card info but explained I would not be checking in, I live in Texas. They told me I would have to sign a consent form since I would not be present. no problem except I never received it. Called again, oh! She wrote the email wrong. AGAIN, didn’t receive it! Called this AM and finally got it, the day she would be checking in. I did all the prep work to make sure my elderly mom would have no trouble. Finally, received it! Already gave my card info but did type my name, giving consent. The very rude lady at the desk refused to let her have the room, even with me on the phone giving consent. She was not helpful, just very very rude. My elderly mother had to take my 3 nieces to a different hotel because they refused to check her in!! Do not stay here!!!

Train noise terrible The good, Pet friendly, Room was nice and clean , bed was very comfortable. The bad the road noise is bad and the TRAINS are non stop blowing their whistles. My room was on the road side, If I stay again I will request a room on the backside hopefully quieter.

Do Not Stay Here We reserved a month in advance a King room. When we arrived at 4pm, we were told that they had no more King rooms available. In addition, they only had queen rooms that were handicap accessible remaining! Our first room didn't even have a working TV. We were moved to "the only other available room" where the TV worked. Still a queen room that was handicap accessible. The refrigerator in the room had a faulty seal. We had to put a bag in front of the door to keep it closed. We asked for a discount for the issues, but they did not honor our request for that either. I will NEVER stay here again.

Disappointing at best Not the service or amenities one would expect from Holiday Inn Express. Pleased to find hot breakfast was being served, then found that the breakfast attendant failed to place orders- No milk other than Skim & Chocolate. Being a diabetic, they had no sugar-free syrup for the pancakes (why I switched from Hampton Inn to Holiday Inn). The sausage was greasy, and scrambled eggs cold & hard. 2nd day found out from the GM that the breakfast person never showed up for work. Normally found items on the breakfast bar were missing. Why bother with a hot breakfast when nothing is there? The business center is a joke. Only 1 PC out of 2 working, and that one is running Windows 7. Scanner not configured at all, no PDF viewer. Software a joke. On the plus side, rooms were decent and the best hot water & pressure one could ask for. Internet speed was good-no complaints. Good thing because Cell service in the area was barely working. A british Lady was the GM, and felt sorry for her. She does need to run a tighter ship, and the Owner needs to have his franchise examined by Corp headquarters.
