Great experience Very clean hotel. I stayed there with my sister. The manager Robert Martinez was very warm and welcoming. He made check-in quick and painless, and when my sister thought she may have gotten charged twice but he was able to clear up the confusion

Pleasant and comfortable stay As soon as we arrived Robert Martinez help us with everything and made us feel very welcome. That definitely made our arrival pleasant after a long trip. The room is full equipped, clean and very comfortable. Plenty of space in the room and the bed is perfect to rest and enjoy.

Worst hotel/staff ever Worst hotel of all the comfort inns I have been in, very dirty, as soon as we arrived when we entered the room there was a very strong smell of dirt, sweat, grime and insects that we had to be careful of. Apparently they don't clean this hotel, they just re-make the bed with the same blankets. There was no water in the bathroom and the toilet was clogged. We talked about it with the manager and he said that he couldn't do anything, we asked for our money back and he also told us that it didn't depend on him. We had to stay but we had a horrible stay, after insisting they changed our room, only to find the same problems in the new room. The breakfast, not to mention it, was also very bad. And the person in charge of hotel, a very apathetic person, who will not help you resolve anything during your stay. I was able to realize that it is a hotel where they receive homeless people in very poor hygienic conditions, I could see during my stay some there without cleaning and barefoot, so it would be absolutely necessary to have extreme cleanliness in the rooms, however this is not the case. By the way, be careful on rainy days, the water gets into the lobby and if you don't realize it in time, you will be on the floor hurt like what happened to me. It was the worst stay in my life.

Very nice! Clean and comfortable! We have been trying different hotels whenever we make a trip to Pueblo, trying to find the perfect fit for us. I think we finally found one. The room was big and clean. The bed extremely comfortable. The problem I had was that the bed was TALL and I'm SHORT! I was joking as we were leaving to go to dinner and asked if they gave out complimentary foot stools. The General Manager Wayne and the Assistant Manager Robert went right to work, finding and cleaning up a foot stool for me. AM Robert then asked if he had my permission to put it in our room to leave the foot stool (which I granted). The foot stool was so helpful. Breakfast was exceptionally good. The only suggestion I would have for it, is to maybe alternate between sausage and bacon (I love bacon). The only other suggestion that I would have is to perhaps stock some diet or zero sugar soda. I did not see anything, except water, that would be suitable for diabetics. And maybe some sugar free or low carb snacks of some sort. I did see that they had light and fit yogurt during breakfast. All in all, it was a nice, clean hotel with very friendly staff. This hotel is on our short list of hotels to stay in while visiting.
