The Good, Bad, Ugly Alot of stairs to get to ocean, and no chairs down their. Lack of sunshade in pool areas, staff always harassing to sell stuff, most staff at buffet were good, rooms aren't great we had black mold in our bathroom,if you don't tip you get crappy service. This is the worse resort I have ever been too. Pool in adults area was broken too and they never refill beer or pop in your fridge , I asked several times and nothing.The pictures are deceiving. Mexican restaurant was amazing food.

Very unfriendly reception staff Do not stay no hot water room smells terrible reception team very rude ! Keys don’t work you have to go back and forward. They keep trying to sell you timeshare and spa treatments! It’s constant. It’s like a cheap version of a 3 star resort don’t waste your money !
