Birthday trip My friends and I went for a week to celebrate my birthday. There were pros and cons The Pros: Staff were very nice, our room was comfortable, although we had a privilege room facing the pool. There was a mix up when we checked in, they did not explain nor gave us a form on who was our butler so we used our friends QR code and had a butler that was not assigned to us, however, he still assisted us and did go out of his way still to help us out as much as he can, he decorated my room with birthday balloons which was special, and made our dinner reservations accordingly We also enjoyed the night club. The Cons: The privilege side of the pool, it took forever to get waited on, we might of gotten food and drinks delivered once or twice the whole 1 week we were there, I did not find the privilege worth the extra money if they don't provide the extra to their guests. The buggy took too long to come around and half the time we had to walk. Overall the resort is nice, it is a nice family place, but not for just adults only, too many kids everywhere for me. I would recommend families but not singles/couples.

Overall ok Walked into the property lobby was beautiful employees friendly and looked happy. We decided to upgrade to Privilege which I am glad we did because the butler service allowed us to get reservations for dinner. The room was ok very clean but needs to be updated Our room was on the ground floor next to the pool which made it really loud in the afternoon but activities ended at 5pm so it was ok. The food. Will leave that to my last comment Well with privilege you get a “gift” So they act like it’s something wonderful and it their way of getting you to listen to a sales pitch I was beyond upset and told them I did it come be there for this. I managed to get away not before I realized what was happening STAY away from this bait and switch. Back to the food I must say I am a foodie. French restaurant- YUCK hard pass salty and not really French although the ambiance was nice wait staff friendly and attentive. Italian OMG under cooked cold Risotto with Cold shrimp Cannelloni well plain in edible spaghetti was lacking any kind of flavor. House wine Well hmm. Steak restaurant was ok I guess large pieces of steak over salted not high quality Soup was the best thing. Japanese great show food was tasteless. The best food in my opinion was the buffet pizza and the mango and salad. Large variety of food something for everyone. The best absolutely best is the Coffee at mikes and the small ham and cheese sandwiches and the smoked salmon bagels best food we had was out of the tours. The alcohol was super watered down coke was constantly flat Reminder to check out cause they won’t let you leave and they don’t really explain that. Overall the staff made it good the whole property needs a facelift which they said is coming in 2027.

Disappointing Stay Despite Beautiful Beach I visited this resort with my spouse and two children and, overall, we were disappointed with our stay. The property feels very outdated and is in serious need of renovations. The online photos are misleading and don’t reflect the current condition of the hotel. Additionally, outside vendors are allowed inside the resort to sell items, and their aggressive sales tactics made us uncomfortable. It’s frustrating when you're trying to unwind on vacation. We repeatedly had to ask for extra towels and washcloths, and the mini fridge wasn’t restocked unless we specifically requested it—sometimes from multiple staff members. The food quality was very poor. None of the restaurants met our expectations, and the buffet was just mediocre. I wouldn’t recommend this place to others. On a positive note, the beach was beautiful and well-maintained, though there were many vendors there as well. We did enjoy the pool and the entertainment offerings, and our kids especially liked the frozen drinks.
