Punta Cana Princess Adults Only - All Inclusive

Fantastic Resort! We took a girls' trip to the DR and stayed here. Omg, we had so much fun! Everyone at the resort was so nice and accommodating. We booked our excursions from here and they were super fun! We had researched all-inclusive resorts to find one that had fine dining and top shelf liquor. Punta Cana Princess did not disappoint! Emilio the bartender danced with us and Maria was awesome too! I definitely recommend!

Beautiful resort with beautiful people Just left after a beautiful two weeks in this resort. The resort is beautiful, with maintaince crew constantly helping ensure it stays that way. Seaweed is cleared off the beach daily, rubbish and empty cups are picked up regularly. The vast majority of staff will go out of their way to help make your holiday as perfect as possible. We had a few issues using the transport to the sister hotel and with scheduled entertainment not happening but the customer service team were excellent and everything was resolved instantly once the issue was raised. There were always loungers available by the pool and beach and the pool and beach look exactly like the photos. There is some wear and tear in the rooms but the bed was comfy, air conditioning worked well and mini fridge and towels were always restocked daily. The cleaners did an excellent efficient job, even on days we had do not disturb up until the afternoon the room was always done every day. The sister hotel is well worth checking out! I wish we had known sooner how all the restaurants worked. For future visitors reference the resturants at this hotel are all walk in no bookings needed. Rio grande is our favourite followed by the Italian. To book at the other hotel use the customer services (left of reception). We did the japenese and the Brazilian (Fugo) both were lovely and had set menus. The chefs in the Japanese varied in how much of a show they gave but the good ones are great! Entertainment in the evening at the sister hotel is much grander, they have a stage and auditorium set up that just isn't possible in a smaller hotel like this one. However during the day we were really glad to have the quietness and no kids running around of this one. Some people that made the holiday for us on the staff are (in no particular order): Mendoza for his amazing cooking, excellent fruit selection and nearly killing my boyfriend with the amount of food he provided. Eker who always stopped to chat with us and was super friendly - we love you! <3 Ana on reception for repeatedly fixing our cards and having unlimited patience with us #topmodel Miguel for the spanish lesson (chillin'), managing a difficult conversation with us so well and rectifying things for us instantly Jean for the amazing customer service and checking in on us throughout the trip Tequila for the amazing dance moves, non stop energy and positivity, Ive never seen him without a smile on his face Alexander for answering our never ending questions with patience and his support for any issues we had Beautiful resort full of beautiful people, make sure you check out the sister hotel and speak up early if you have any issues! Just as FYI not to do with the resort but taxis from airport to the hotel are brutal. We had prebooked and prepaid for ours but got completely swamped by people trying to sell us stuff, carry our bags etc all very obviously for tips. Our taxi service didn't have my name shown on the desk so the only way to find it was to ask. The driver also took us to the wrong hotel and it felt very much like a plot for more money. We told him the name twice and had shown him the booking. Print your booking reference for an taxis if you've come through a site and aren't with the tour operator. Wifi at the arrivals did not work and they know it. Asking to see email confirmation and then offering to sell you a sim card or hot spot their Internet for you (for a tip). Very pushy and uncomfortable.

Best Resort Our stay at Punta Cana Princess Adults only was the BEST, everybody was really nice, variety of delicious food everyday, Anna at front desk was really nice and very helpful, room was very clean and nice, beach and pool nice and clean. The manager was very nice also. Highly recommend, definitely going back and staying at this Resort Loved it very relaxing _

Amazing beach and staff Amazing holiday. Highly trained and professional staff, I would like to mention Ana from reception, Carolina for her kindness at the buffet restaurant, amazing Ericacarmen and tekila from entertaining and Leticia from the cleaning staff all of them really excellent. Best private beach and swimming pool, all the bar and restaurant staff were very welcoming. We would love to come back soon. All the staff 5 stars plus.

A Definite Come Back My wife and I had a very nice stay at this adults only all inclusive resort. Grounds around the pool and the beach were kept very clean. Access to restaurants and other amenities in the resort was easy. Rooms were cleaned every day. The friendly, aim to please attitude made the stay even more pleasant. Security in and around the resort was visible 24/7. A shout out to Alexander!! He was most helpful with all of our requests. A definite return!!
