Overall very positive. Very clean. Great views from the room and the restaurant. The hotel was clean and overall the front desk and staff was fine. THE GOOD - the view from my room was awesome. The restaurant was good and very convenient and it had an awesome view. The drinks were good. The staff was friendly and nice (I didn't need much) and overall very positive. THE BAD - The street and parking lot are kinda hard to navigate. Not all rooms have an awesome view. Overall I liked this hotel and I will definitely stay here again.

Awesome 7 night stay I've stayed at this hotel before and it is a consistently good hotel., My usual complaint has been the AC not keeping me cool enough at night during the hotel summer visits, but this trip has been over the top Perfect. I was in suite 405 (Jr. Suite) and I will request it again. Spacious one room suite with a good desk area and a private balcony overlooking the city. Lots of storage and ample plugs for phone and computer as well as USB ports at the desk and both sides of the bed. The bed was SO comfortable with multiple pillow selections. Night lighting controls provide ease of access. The bathroom has both deep tub and a separate shower that is large. Plentiful showers and amenities. The AC worked perfectly and featured the constant fan option. Housekeeping was awesome! Oralia was our housekeeper and she created such attentive touches to her work including towel origami that put a smile on my face and made me take a photo. Room Service provided good food selections and desserts! Friendly and really prompt service. Restaurant had good food selections. The views of the city are awesome day and especially at night. Alberto is one of my favorite waiters! The swimming pool (Outdoor and seasonable) is beautiful and relaxing. Choose a room with a city view to enjoy the beautiful sights of the city. Holiday Inn Diamond Zona..... Definitely a thumbs UP

not the best place to stay +good opened swimming pool with cold water)))) +good food in the restaurant (and good service by the restaurant) +not crowded place +perfect sunset point to watch! -why people who works there can come in the room without permission?!I was in shower and heard someone knocking and then after a guy came in room and started to talk smtg in spanish…that’s strange and horrible! -brutal people by the pool! waiters can put themselves the tip for +15, +20 to the bill without asking!so look out,check your bills -location is only for car,by foot quite difficult to get to the normal,social places quick for tourists or who there by the business -old!needs a renovation

Very bad experience My wife and myself stayed at this hotel for our anniversary and we are really really disappointed. We reserved the master suite, which we are expecting the room will have a lot of extras. This was incorrect. the only thing that makes the master suite a master suite is the room is big and that is all. Standard Holiday Inn rooms in the USA have more to offer then the master suite at this hotel. The restaurant needs there menu to be updated. The food I would give a minus stars. The servers do not know what they are serving as in portions and the cost of the food is way to experience. When I can go to Carl's JR and get better food and service that is bad. The vending machines are out of date, which should be cold vending machines and they are not. Only half of the ice machines work. Where the vending machines and the ice machines are is very dirty. The Lobby store is way to expensive for what they are selling. The reason for the two stars is due to the pool. The pool is well heated and very comfortable to be in. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. i WOULD RATHER STAY AT A STANDARD HOLIDAY INN.

Good choice. Good value Location for this Holiday Inn is good for most of Querétaro. Within 20 minutes most of the city can be reached from this place. City Views are also a good extra for the hotel and most of its rooms. The only downside was that the air conditioner worked partially, not getting to a temperature below 23 C. Bed was particularly comfortable, with good linens. Bathroom, Internet and TV worked all well. I would haven no issues with returning to this hotel.
