Well trained and polite I was surprised to see that all were so nice + professional, without being fake about it like I often see it at Marriott hotels, where employees are sooo nice...you know they're overboard about it and feels "platiquee". The bed was SO comfortable, pillows were delicious, and food was good for breakfast buffet, and really good for lunch/dinner, especially the shrimp salad....Mmmm

Great job We held our annual event at this facility and stayed on the property. Rooms are fantastic. The gym is a jewel. The restaurant is decent. The coffee is horrible. The service is exceptional. The facilities are well maintained. We will return.

Robbery I stayed there a couple of nights for work. The room was paid for by my company. I had called prior to arrival to see if my boyfriend could check in to my room early, since his flight got there earlier, which they said wasn't a problem. When he went to check-in, it was fine with the front desk person, but another lady made sure to tell him that it wasn't allowed and that he needed to check out at 3:30 AM with me, even though my company had already paid for the use of that room for both of those days. She even made sure to leave a note that he needed to check out at same time as me. They made me pay $2595.97 for him to have a later checkout. Stay away from this hotel! Watch out or you'll get robbed here!! I hope karma comes around to this nice lady.

Very Pleasant Stay Very nice hotel, with very good service and options to eat. Location is good since it is on one of the main avenues of the city. Rooms are comfortable and are equipped with bathtub. Sleep quality is good, there is no noise at nights.

Grand FA Qro is great. The room was comfortable, the attention from all people was great. I had great time in City of Queretaro and Grand Fiesta Americana helped a lot. The only detail is while working in videoconference in the Friendly zone, someone started trimming trees with a chainsaw. We had to run inside the lobby due to the huge noise.
