The beauty of the historic Hotel makes good for some shortcomings I stayed here in April 2024 for three weeks. Beautiful Hacienda style Hotel. Some rooms with small terrace facing the pool area (rooms 202 to 232). Frequented by families on weekends, Corporate events/training. Nice Restaurant of average quality. Access from Highway 57 through Boulevard Villas del Meson, the last half mile towards the Hotel lead through a rather rough area, but with all the amenities you can wish for, including laundry service for about USD6 per kg(!). The Hotel staff is friendly, but the service does have room for improvement, wifi in the rooms works intermittently. There are no mini fridges, no coffee makers, no microwaves. Large parking lot with larger shaded areas. Tennis court, Spa, Gym on site. Lots of restaurants within 2 miles, you could walk. I wished the Hotel would have rooms with kitchenette for longer stays.

Mision Grand Juriquilla could do better My wife and I spent five days while visiting family. The experience was overall average with many missed opportunities for improvement. Service is friendly and I get the impression employee onboarding would've made our stay there even a better stay. No laundry service when I desperately needed it, pool was not heated, people at the front desk would benefit from knowing the area to provide their visitors with basic directions to the town. I asked a couple of times for directions, but met shrugging shoulders every time.

Horrible experience. The rooms are dirty, the jacusy cold, the reception inept the gym has two bikes Cannot recommend it The place looks nice but it is deceiving. There was no one in reception, and it took them 20 or more minutes to do the check in. It is falling apart! They advertise coffee maker in the room, but do not have the coffee pots. The hacían is cold, and the rooms dirty.

Awful expensive experience. This place is in the worst area of Juriquilla, very unsafe, I had to leave before because the toilet of the bathroom in my room was broken and supposedly repaired, but when I arrived the water was everywhere on the floor and I fell on hurting me very badly. No one offered an apology in reception or worry about anything. I decided to leave and find a better place. Hotel is very old, scary, and worse service, the spa is very ugly place. Absolutely save a bad experience and try to find a better place, also it’s difficult to have an uber. It took me 4-5 cancellations because they do not want to go there unless you pay in cash and double of the price. If you plan to go Juriquilla plan a better option and avoid an awful experience.

Safety is a top priority, and so is professionalism. This is a fantastic place for meetings. The staff and the services are first class, under any circumstances, even lockdowns. The participants only had praises for me and the hotel after the weekend: great food, great staff and they enjoyed the pool as well. Overall, they appreciated that we had our reunion in a place that takes a lot of care about their safety, and you can see that they were rigorous on sanitization and safe distance. Registration, room service and ordering at the restaurant were done through apps, but even with the safe distance, the warmth from the staff was there all the time. I was pleasantly surprised about how professional and fun a meeting can be even in Covid times. Needless to say, my party got back home safe and healthy.
