Good Stay with a great view The views from this hotel are really good. The service I received was top notch, very professional. The room was clean and kept well stocked. The location of the hotel is close, by car, to many sites and attractions. The morning breakfast is outstanding, fruit, made to order egg station, and traditional Mexican breakfast as well. I had room service a couple of times, it too was good

Best view and good service in Queretaro Have been using this Hotel to stay and have meetings. It is the best view of town and very good rooms. Try to take a drink in the “tube”Bar in the night and enjoy the view in the night of all town. Use this place to have meetings and it is a great device with very good meeting rooms.

Very nice hotel with beautiful views This is a very good hotel , with lovely views and scenery from the rooms to the city as it is located in a hilly area, very comfortable room , delicious breakfast , very good service . the only issue is that if you need a taxi or an UBER , this will take 15 or 20 minutes to reach the hotel , please take care of this point.

Very unprofessional and no hospitality I was given a room with uncleaned and room service dishes left from previous guests. I requested to change a room at front desk and I was given no apologies. The room I was given was still not perfect with cleaning towel and empty shampoo bottles. I believe they have serious house keeping management and I am 100% for sure not coming back to this hotel.

Outstanding Room Service Dinner I stayed at the hotel following eye surgery so couldn't fully enjoy the incredible view of the city. Because I was in no condition to go out for dinner, I ordered room service, fully expecting to be underwhelmed (based on many years of international travel, even at 4 and 5 star hotels). Well, much to my delight, I enjoyed what was probably THE best room service meal I've had in all of my travels (granted, I don't often dine in-room, but I've stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world) and have to say it was well above the quality of most restaurants in general and far, far better than the dinner I had the night before at the Antea Mall. When I called the manager to tell him how pleasantly surprised I was, he was very gracious and happy because he said the hotel has been working to elevate the quality of their foodservice, so kudos to them! Additionally, the room was clean, quiet & spacious and the toiletries were also high quality and beautifully scented. The . "Sleep Tight" amenity was also a nice touch, with aromatherapy products meant to soothe, relax and encourage sleep. All in all, I had a most pleasant stay and would welcome an opportunity to return and dine in the restaurant and fully enjoy the amazing view.
