Friendly Helpful staff The setting is awesome. We had a great view of the river and it is very close to old downtown with many good restaurants close by. Cynthia was outstanding in getting us set up and everyone we encountered was very helpful and nice. The hotel structure itself is very cool too. The atrium is beautiful and inviting. We had a fourth floor room and looking down into the atrium area makes a nice view as well. The room was great. Big and comfortable with a great TV. We are definitely planning on being back.

Beyond Our Expectations This hotel was friendly, clean, a great location, had many amenities...and those bed! If I could have snuck our bed home I would have. There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this hotel. Author TL Fisher

Stay elsewhere I thought staying near the pool area would be fun but it was extremely loud and echoes terrible. They kicked us out of the pool at 10 but allowed people to party until 1:30 in the bar which was supposed close at 10:30. Cops even had to be called because the staff wouldn’t do anything about it after multiple complaints and kept serving this drunken group. And the fish tank smells like raw sewage when you walk in. Dated and dirty.

Loud! We stayed in a poolside room which was cool for the kids to be able to walk out the door right into the pool area. We ate dinner at Drakes inside the hotel and it was pretty good. Quick service! When we went to the bar at 930, they were already closed on a Saturday night. We were still in the pool (quietly) around 1030 when the girl came and asked us to get out because the pool closed at 10. We were fine with that because it's the rules. The problem we encountered was that there was a wedding reception and when this wedding reception was wrapping up, everyone was drunk and rowdy. They were screaming and I mean everyone in the hotel probably heard them. They were about to fight and spewing curse words. They finally took that outside but there were still drunk wedding goers in the lobby being very disruptive up until AT LEAST 130am. We tried to call the front desk to complain and got nothing except a busy tone. I cannot believe hotel management allowed this type of behavior in a family friendly hotel. I'm pretty sure my kids learned some new words last night.
