Patton Museum stay Very nice front desk staff, service, super clean room and bath, and the room had great bedding. Breakfast was well appointed and the food was very substantial -again service was nice and the dining room was very clean.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE HANDS DOWN I slept so good every nite the pillows were so soft and the linen was clean. This is the best nites rest I’ve ever in a hotel. The staff made this trip so memorable the best customer service EVER!!!!!!

Excellent stay We stayed one night at this hotel. The hotel was well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. We checked in late and checked out early and received prompt help each time.

Nothing special Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) stayed here for 3 nights at the end of July 2022. Pros - Comfortable beds and clean bed (we check and it was a clean bed) sheets and towels were clean. Fully adjustable thermostat Room darkening curtains Quiet Easy and free parking Front desk was friendly and attentive Cons - Rooms were on the small side. We travel with a blow up twin bed and the only spot it fit was in front of our door by the bathroom. 95% of other hotels in this class it would fit in the main room. Bathroom was not the cleanest upon arrival… Think little curly hairs on the floor. Small pool and hot pool room with poor circulation. **Breakfast was poor quality. Think cold food sitting in stainless containers. In theory there were a lot of options but the quality and temperature were substandard. The skinny woman who runs the breakfast was rude. She was also seen digging disposable cups out of the trash (was she washing and reusing?! Yuck). She also seemed annoyed by people taking food as if eating breaks fast was putting her out. The first 2 mornings she offered mini bottles of water with breakfast. I asked on the 3rd morning and receive a scowling no and was told to drink tap. In addition while we played cards in the evening in the lobby she came into the place with her ginormous dog. And yes she and the dog entered the kitchen. Gross. Keep the animal away from where you’re gonna “cook” the food. Elizabethtown has better options. The value for the money was not there in this hotel. If all hotels were full I’d stay here again but wouldn’t be excited about it.

Clean and Friendly Property is very well-maintained and clean. Stayed 10 nights for work travel and could not have asked for better accommodations. It is obvious in all operations (housekeeping, breakfast, front desk/management) that the staff takes pride in their work and cares about guests and the hotel overall. I will be coming back.
