Pleasantly surprised I was leery to book based on previous reviews, but those reviews couldn’t be farther from the truth. My experience was nothing like what other travelers experienced. I found an extremely clean well appointed room. I do understand that this location is under new management, and has gone through a remodel. Management was very hands in, front desk staff were on point, pleasant, and helpful. The room was in excellent condition. The bed (non smoking King) was very comfortable and supportive, I slept well, the rooms air conditioner/heat unit worked flawlessly there were plenty of linens for bathing, the shower had plenty of pressure, no issues with hot water at all. Tv worked well with plenty of channels including HBO room also had a microwave and mini fridge that was in working order. Would definitely book this hotel again when in Raeford. Many fast food choices directly across the street from this location.

Clean & Comfortable Was Clean & Comfortable. No bugs. It was quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was slim pickings. Would be better if the had more hot variety. Sausage, maybe Bisquits & gravy or something. Had waffles. Yogurt, muffins. Have to walk to the office to get breakfast. Doors to rooms are outside.

Great customer service We arrived early after driving through a snow storm, exhausted. The clerk not only allowed us to check in early, he didn't charge us anything extra. The room was comfortable and clean. What a wonderful Christmas gift! Thanks to them again!

A Terrible, Horrible, no good very bad place!! Horrible place to stay! I had my CNA exam at the local College in raeford nc which is 2 hours away from Charlotte NC where I live. This motel was the only one in this town. My husband and I paid for 2 nights but only stayed for one night.the bathroom tub was painted on the inside and began to chip all inside. I wore shower shoes. The bathroom door did not close due to damage. A grasshopper was crawling on my son and I as we slept, good thing I woke up to use the restroom. When I got back in the bed it was crawling on my son's head. The sheets were dirty and there was a cigarette burn on one of the blankets (non-smoking room). My exam was scheduled for 9/3 we came a day early and planned to leave on the 4th however we only stayed one night and did not get our money back for the extra night we paid for and didn't stay. I will be reporting this place to the better business bureau. If you care for your family please dont stay here. This place needs to be shut down!!!

Great experience every time The new Owner has gone to great lengths to make this a nice hotel. He and his staff are very kind, pleasant, and exemplify excellent customer service. The rooms are clean, all furniture and carpet appears new, and the beds are comfortable. Safe and quiet hotel. Thank you for a consistently wonderful experience every time.
