Southern Hospitality is Real at Embassy Our family was on our first long road adventure and arrived at the Embassy after a 5 hour leg of the trip. Jaylen was a very welcoming face behind the counter and extended offers of support to ease our family’s transition from car to hotel comfort. Richard hit it out of the park in the restaurant making us feel like we were dining at home. The only way it would be have been better is if he had grabbed a chair to join us. Southern hospitality at its finest.

NO A/C - Room temp was 77 degrees Arrived via hotel shuttle to a hotel fire alarm. Had to wait outside of the hotel for 30 minutes. Once we were let inside, we were told they could not check us in b/c the computers were down. Came back 90 minutes later and the computers were still down. The A/C did not work our first night. The heat index was near 100 degrees that day. Upon check-in, we were told they had to go room by room and reset the A/C. We were gone for most of the day. Upon arriving back in the evening, the room temp was 77 degrees with the thermostat set at 65 degrees. Called the front desk around 10pm and they said they would have someone from maintenance come to the room to reset the unit. Waited 30 minutes & nobody came. Next morning went to the front desk and inquired about the A/C. They sent someone to reset the A/C unit in our room within 5 minutes. Not sure why they could not do it the night before.

Rooms need upgrades, badly. Not worth the price of stay. I stay here at least once or twice a month. It's conveniently located to where my daughter lives, and it's right off the highway and across the street from Crabtree Mall. This makes the location ideal for me. The hotel lobby and hallways are always presitine. There are no issues there. It's beautiful on the inside. My only issue here is that the rooms are dated. They badly need renovating. The more I stay, the more I feel that it's not worth the price of the stay. If it's going to be almost $300 a night to stay here, a lot more needs to be done. I am a Hilton Honors member and have been since 2008, so I want to see Hilton succeed!

Greatly Appreciated I just wanted to take the time to highlight Amber and thank her for all of her help. She answered all my questions without hesitation and genuinely was a joy. I wasn’t having the best day, but by the time I left I was feeling much better. Thank you again for your kind, genuine, sweet spirit. I won’t hesitate to stay again.
