Gabriela is GREAT! __ _ I don’t typically give reviews, but Gabriela the bar tender was excellent! She held good conversation and has an infectious personality. Drinks were delicious and she made everyone feel welcomed at the bar. I also appreciate her attentiveness to what I wanted and she made the drinks quickly. Definitely recommend seeing her if you stay at this hotel!

$$150 service charge on my checking account-Customer Service did not inform me of this The customer service person at the desk did not inform me that there is a $150 service hold charge that will show up on my checking account. I always get a copy of my receipt when I leave. And there were no other charges on my receipt. But when I returned home and looked at my checking account it was there. The fee was charged and then taken off of course. But common courtesy would have been to inform me of this charge showing up on my checking account. I called and the guy.(didn't get his name..should have). But he said that it always shows up and I told him it doesn't. Because I've stayed at the Hilton for years and have not seen it.

Great Staff!! Had a pleasant 2 week stay at this hotel. Staff were amazing, particularly Gabriella! She always went above and beyond at the front desk. She was super polite and was always eager to help! Breakfast was really good and Martha’s biscuits were also fire!!

Terrible Stay, No Refunds My wife and I stayed at this location in late January of 2024 to visit with family over a weekend. During our stay, there was a cheerleading event in the area that brought teams to also stay at this hotel at the same time. The cheer teams would continue practicing their routines until 11pm-midnight, despite multiple complaints from myself and other hotel guests to management. The noise was so bad that the hotel management had agreed and helped to relocate us to the top floor so we could get some decent sleep our last night. The hotel manager told me the next morning that she would comp our night since it was clearly not ideal and that she apologized for disruptions. She did state , however, that she would have to get the GM's permission in order to issue a refund. After a week, I called the GM to inquire as to the status of my refund and he was completely disinterested in helping me and did not even ask about the circumstances that led to them potentially issuing a refund. The GM stated that he would issue a credit via mail and that I would be able to apply that to my future stays. Well, now that its been 4 months later, I have attempted to resolve the issue with the main Hilton Honors customer service line, who proved to be exceedingly unhelpful given that the hotel staff did not apparently leave notes on my stay for that night. Additionally, I've attempted to contact the GM, John Lloyd, to follow up about this refund and I have not received any communication back. Overall, I strongly suggest that anyone contemplating to stay here reconsider other options in the area and know that the management team will tell you anything to just "resolve" the problem at the time and will not uphold any promise of a refund.
