Old and smells bad The room smells. Outdated painting it’s painted a mustard yellow and it’s really ugly. Very outdated. The building looks like it’s more than 100 years old. It’s practically falling apart. I hope they take these reviews seriously if they hope to satisfy customers

Terrible night I didn't have a problem with staff or a room, the problem was that there is a bar(?) next to it and we were up all night! Upon check in I asked for a quiet room facing the back and not the road. Big mistake! The noise started around 10 pm and I had to turn the fan on so the kids could fall asleep. It was so noisy, felt like people are in your room and talking loudly right next to you. Around midnight it was so bad, I looked at the window and the whole parking lot filled with cars and people around it, going in and out of the bar (or whatever it is). At 1 am somebody started the fight, running, people following with with cell phones, just madness. I called the front desk and asked what is going on a parking lot, and was asked "what is wrong"? I recommended whoever was in reception to go and check and call the cops. Police came 15 mins later and started to make everybody to leave. Thought it was the end of it, but not so fast! It was quiet for about 20 mins, then some cars came back, people again started getting loud on a parking lot. Police came again after another 20-30 mins of this madness. I took few pictures from the second time, I think police just stayed there for the next hour or so. I fell asleep around 3 am and had to wake up at 6:30 am. Had to withdraw my daughter from a competition as she clearly didn't get enough rest. I don't know if it was a one time thing or it's happening every week (we stayed Sat-Sun). If it was the first time, the hotel should really reimburse people - spending $130 for 4 hours of sleep just crazy! I like Best Western, but not sure if I trust it enough now to stay again. Very very disappointed.
