Home town studios Rancho Cordova or East Sac So I been staying at this hotel for the past couple of months while I’m waiting on my place to be ready. And it’s good for what it is. Affordable and has all the basics you need, all rooms are like a suite/ apartment with kitchen, bed, bathroom. They ran out of toilet paper and the nice young lady in the office, tried to give me hers but I’m too clean of a woman to except open toilet paper but it was the thought that counts. Management resolved my issue the following day. But for the most part the best thing about the hotel is the computer service of the front desk girl Sh’koyia. She is so sweet always there to help, wouldn’t accept my money like everyone else did, she said she would rather I have it and take care of my own needs and that was weird, almost scary that’s someone could be so nice and so selfless. She’s the only one who ain’t never got an attitude always happy and cheerful. She even apologized for the toilet paper issue when I know it’s not her fault she just an employee but the owners need to do better on the inventory and supplies.

Studio Apartment like hotel. Great customer service A great hotel. Nice location, great staff. It has a full Refrigerator & stove. It’s just like a studio apartment. The front desk staff Shaqouia (probably butchered her name) was extremely accommodating, we’ve never been to the area so we had no idea what to eat she gave us a list of restaurants near by and even wrote down the address to each.

A dream come true I am so happy my family and I had this place to come to when we needed. The staff is amazing and always willing to help and do everything they can to accommodate any issue if one ever occurs. The place is power washed multiple times a month. The trash is emptied every single day. The staff have always sent someone right away if there was some trash or something spilled on the site. The property is always quick to remove any unpaying or unwanted guests from the property. I have stayed at LA Quinta, Motel 6, Super 8, The Red Roof Inn THE WORST, and Heritage inn. This place by far was exactly what my family was looking for. Would and will return knowing I will get everything I need for a good night's rest without paying an arm an a leg for an extremely outdated room. Much improved The pictures didn’t match the rooms but they were very clean, the staff worked hard to keep the grounds clean and when I needed maintenance to fix a minor issue they were prompt and efficient. Thank you Karina and all the wonderful staff there, it’s a definite improvement from the last time I stayed, keep up the hard work

The most Disgusting hotel I’ve ever encountered This hotel is horrific. The outside of the building is filled with trash. The breezeway was full of trash. When I went to check into my room there was paper stuffed in the lock the room was disgusting It smelled horrible of smoke the floor and cigarette ash and the bed was totally messed up. Don’t be fooled by the price. The pictures I took will explain it all. The hotel looks good from the outside but when you pull up it looks nothing like that I checked out immediately and had to book another hotel. I’ll submit pictures to support everything I say.
