Not what was promised While trying to book rooms online, the site said connecting rooms were available if we called. We needed rooms that connected, so I called the (888) number at the top of the website page. I booked connecting rooms and confirmed they were the same price as what was available online. When we checked in, the price was $26 more per room than I expected. It turns out that the price I was quoted on the phone was "before fees" and it happened to be exactly what the "Total for Stay" price was that I was looking at online. Learn from me and avoid that sneaky mark-up trap. Next problem was that our 2 rooms were across the hall from each other! When I asked them to correct that, I was told that they couldn't because someone was already in the connecting room. They said that the reservation had come in as only requesting "adjacent rooms". Customer service was below standard as well. During check-in the desk person got distracted in the 2 minutes it took to fill out the paper she had given us. Despite us standing at the desk the whole time, she had completely forgot that we were there to check in and seemed surprised to see us when we finally reminded her that we hadn't been given our keys yet.

you can skip over this hotel Front desk was helpful when checking in. Breakfast was something to be desired. Biscuits and gravy 2 out of the 4 days with not many other options for breakfast. the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had. asked for new towels and bedding on the 2nd day. house keeping took the old towels but never replaced them with new ones. They never changed the bedding at all. Kids screaming and running in the halls. didn't use the pool since all you hear is screaming kids.

Nice place, great location Was a bumpy start with big confusion over rooms-- but they made it right & all was good. The staff was really nice-- our rooms were nice- beds comfortable-- the breakfast was mediocre -- had better alot of places-- but hopefully they'll see this & step it up.

Great stopover hotel. Clean, affordable hotel. Located close to freeway and many dining options. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great place to stay in Rapid City This hotel was a great place to stay! Centrally located in Rapid City, close to everything. They offered local rewards where I felt they paid us to stay there. Included breakfast. Clean room. We were so busy we didn’t get to try the pool but the slide looked fun. We had a double queen with sofa bed and it was more space than we normally have as a family of 5 in a hotel room. Highly recommend!
