We had a very good experience staying here We had been driving through stormy weather for over 4 hours and decided to stop earlier than planned to be safe. I booked a room at this place before reading the reviews. I was wondering if I had made a bad decision, but we had a very pleasant stay. The check in guy seemed a little confused but we got our room quite quickly. The room was very clean and actually was one of the nicest smelling rooms I have ever stayed at. The towels also smelled terrific and fresh. We went to check out the breakfast early the next morning and we were pleasantly surprised. They offered eggs, sausage and potatoes. My partner is addicted to McDonald's and she was very satisfied with having the breakfast and coffee here instead of going to McD's down the road. I don't know if we were just lucky, but it turned out to be a very decent stop for the night. We both slept very well and were rested for the next days' drive to Yellowstone.

Not up to Choice Hotels standards. Choice should end its relationship with this property. Maybe Motel 6 might take it on. It does not meet the standards of a Quality Inn. Let's see. Where to begin? The first room assigned. Keys did not work. The lock's batteries were dead and the property did not have batteries to replace the ones that were dead. The replacement room. The freezer in the fridge was filled with ice. The towels were thread bare. The half smelled musty. The clock? Look at the picture. The hot water pot in the lobby was luke warm. The front desk person had to be torn away from his phone to get any help. Breakfast was adequate but no one was paying attention when food began to run out. Yep. It's time for Choice Hotels to make some hard choices.

Reclining barefoot reception clerk Breakfast for travelogue across street was at Quality Inn. Disgusting. The clerk when we went in was lounging barefoot on the lobby sofa, feet hanging over side cushions. He didn’t identify himself as an employee until later. The waffle batter was the consistency of water and boiled as soon as poured into griddle. Very unprofessional. Place not kept up at all. No pride in their establishment, without even an attempt at painting their front steps. Avoid this place like the plague.

Is this a genuine hotel or a ‘front’ We booked this hotel in good faith through the Choice Hotels web site. On our arrival reception was empty and we were then followed in by a woman, who spoke little English, who took payment and gave us our key. Two other men entered the lobby and whilst checking us in she was also trying to ‘sell’ branded Apple goods. Throughout our stay we saw no one else and reception was never manned. On our return to the UK, I discovered the hotel had twice taken payment and then sent a fraudulent receipt to my Choice account claiming we had never stayed. On contacting Choice hotels they have been most unhelpful and have placed the onus on me to recover my money and have made the situation unpleasant and distressing.

Restless nightmare for q weary traveler I arrived at 9pm from a long day of driving. My floor wasnt vacuumed, and the pillows looked slept on in the room. You can hear every noise through the walls. They knocked once i guess for housekeeping at 8am and then proceeded to open my door. No one announced themselves....just one knock then keying in. I had the dead bolt locked so they just kept trying until I opened the door and explained I was still in the room.
