Highly recommended! We were very happy with our experience at this hotel. The room was clean, well maintained and reasonably priced. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! The location is very convenient to local tourist attractions. We enjoyed our first night so much we extended our stay! The staff was so nice and accommodating. If we pass through again, we will definitely be returning!

Unexpected surprise! Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean hotel. Rooms cleaned and new towels daily. Rooms smell wonderful! Nice breakfast Great experience. Pleasant surprise for hotel in that area. Walking distance to a great restaurant/pub. Definitely returning!

CLOWN WIGS WORN Well to begin with the lady at the front desk was a JOKE@! she was vey unprofessional, especially the way she looked .It looked like a clown wig she had on. She was rude, talked so fast you could not understand what she was saying. It was like she was trying to sound Ghetto. I'm sorry but first impressions are everything!! The hotel seemed like it was clean the beds were comfy and breakfast was ok. The hotel gave us a GHETTO VIBE . The price was a little high for the experience we had.

Super Clean and Comfy!! Family and I Stayed at Holiday Inn Express at The Reading Airport. We were very impressed how super clean everything was. From the time we walked through the door it smelled and looked so clean and fresh. The Two Staff members at the front desk Kimberly and Summer were just awesome. They made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. ( They were very funny!) the rooms were spotless and the breakfast was GREAT!! Nice selection of items. We will definitely be back to stay. Thank you to all the wonderful employees there. Keep up the great job!!! _

Poor Customer relations The manager, Monique Williams would not discuss providing a refund or credit because I was stranded in Houston during hurricane Beryl. All flights were cancelled, and we did not have power, internet, or cell service, therefore I was unable to cancel within Holiday Inn's cancellation policy. I even offered to stay in the future it they would apply credit. Monique wouldn't even get on the phone to discuss. Very poor customer service.
