Fantastic! Fantastic staff. Very clean and comfortable! We had a King Suite which allowed us to spread out and get work done as well as have space to visit with friends. Breakfast was good with lots of options and we were amazed to have an rv parking spot with our room. Made our visit with traveling friends wonderful! Enjoyed watching the Turkeys behind the hotel as well. Will definitely stop here again!

Beware - fraudulent cleaning fees If I had written this when we left, I would have given it 4 stars, because the only problem we had while we were there was a noisy toddler above us when we were trying to sleep. Otherwise, checkin, the room, the breakfast, etc. were fine. However, they changed us $250 as a "cleaning fee" after we left. They claim that there was a stain like feces on a sofa bed, and that the attempt to clean it ruined the cushion. We didn't make that mess or cause that damage. When we arrived, we put the cushions in the corner to use the sofa bed, and we didn't touch the cushions at any other time on our visit. The only "proof" they provided were three photos of a dirty cushion that were taken in a laundry room. There was nothing in the photos that were relevant to the time, date, or location of our stay - they could have been stock photos from last decade from Nebraska, for all I could tell. I refuse to pay $250 for damage that we didn't cause. If they don't reverse the charge (and I don't expect them to), then I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Below Average Hampton What we liked: the important stuff was good. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, etc. What we didn't like: the sinks in the bathrooms are poorly designed. The faucet only sticks out about 1 inch from the edge of the sink, so there is no room to wash your hands. The construction seems poor. We stayed for 4 nights and every night could hear the people in the room above us whenever they were walking around. Could not hear anyone talking, but whenever anyone walked our ceiling squeaked. This is a dog friendly hotel. We were on the 2nd floor, and so were a number of dogs. We ran into them and their owners regularly. We had only ever seen dogs on the ground floor before, and were not used to hearing barking in the 2nd floor hallway.

Unacceptable Behavior My stay was ruined by Curtis's passive-aggressive behavior, including turning off lights and the TV without warning. Additionally, his threatening demeanor towards multiple guests, threatening to kick us out of the building, created a hostile atmosphere. This type of behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry and severely detracted from my enjoyment of the stay.

Great Hampton What a great Hampton. This place was clean very nice staff. Will stay here again for sure. My wife and I stay at Hamptons all the time this is a top one for sure. Our kids and grand kids live in Redding normally we stay there we were doing some training at SPI Window factory. The next night we stayed at the Hampton there and will not stay there again it needs a lot of work and is dirty and run down.
