Ok motel The rooms were clean, and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. My only complaint is that I don't call only bread, a couple mini-muffins, cereal and waffles a breakfast. But there is a restaurant nearby if you would prefer a real breakfast.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME Called in the morning to reserve a room was told that they had plenty of room. I said well can I just reserve one he said well we have plenty of room just come on in. When I get there, no one’s at the front desk no one’s to be found Pick up the phone after it rings for several minutes someone gets on there and says that the computer system down and it was like I gave you every opportunity to rent me a room. Obviously, you don’t care about the business.

Rodeway....clean up your rooms The sheets were not fresh at all. Loose dirt in the corners of the bathroom and hair (not mine) on the floor. Tells me the bathroom floor had not been vacuumed or scrubbed since who knows when. The desk clerk was friendly and the owners were nice. But, because of the lack of cleanliness in the room, I would not stay again.

ADA UNSAFE I recently stayed in an ADA room at the Rodeway Inn (Red Oak). As someone who is disabled & travelling alone, it was difficult for me to navigate the two days that I was there. Around 3AM I noticed a puddle of water on the bathroom floor. It spread from the tub to the sink & was at least 2.5 feet wide. I put down towels & called the hotel front desk. He said that it would have to wait. Later, he called & woke me, saying that no one would be able to address it & that they could try to find another room for me. Long-story-short, I did not get another room, nor did I get a discount. However, I did learn from the lady that this room HAS BEEN AN ISSUE & that their plumbers could not find the source. So, they put a disabled person in this room, knowing that there was a water leak & what looked like black mold. There should be some form of oversight to prevent this health & safety hazard.

Out of State Work Week Plain Jane. Rooms seemed unfinished from recent remodel, mirror missing, sink leaked . Left a day early and was refused reimbursement for the last day. I understand that is the "policy" but another co-worker that checked out 20 minutes later was given a reimbursement.....policy huh??? DO NOT RECOMMEND
