Disappointing Stay We like staying at Country Inn & Suites but this one was disappointing. The bed was very firm to the point it made your body ache (could use a padded mattress cover). The bathroom floor looked like it had not been mopped lately, you could see dirty shoe prints on it. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. The hot dises consisted of french toast sticks and sausage links and both looked dried out. We thought it was strange the breakfast area was completely empty at 8am on a Saturday but figured it out. We were not the only ones that opted to get breakast elsewhere.

Bad customer service One bad employee can ruin the entire experience. S***** failed to inform us that the pool was out of service prior to check in. Swimming being the main reason for us brining our family there. She refused to process a refund and instead offered an unrealistic discount. We did not stay on account we felt she purposely neglected mentioning the pool at check-in, even with 3 kids talking about swimming and carrying their pool toys. That would have been the perfect moment to tell us of the pool was not open. Instead, she said nothing and waited for us to get to our room. Since the kids entered the room, she said she would not honor a refund because we sat on the beds and dirtied her room. My family was there for under an hour. We did not stay there on account of our experience with this staff member.

Convenient location for casino concerts Front desk staff was friendly. Room was very tidy. Super soft pillows. Location was conveniently located. Only issues were maintenance issues- floor lamp didn't work and moldy shower grout. I did let them know in the survey they sent via email after. I would stay again though.

Great Venue This is a very clean, modern facility. Very professional staff. Loved the stay. Everything appears either renovated or brand new. The manager listens to your concerns and cares. Thanks so much for caring for our family.

Theft My wife and I stayed here for two nights in January 2023 for our anniversary. I brought a blue and white shirt to wear out to eat. However, after I put them in the closet on my own hangers my shirt came up MISSING. The manager, Brian has no idea where they could have gone. There is nothing in lost and found or housekeeping. Housekeeping has no idea. Darla, the other front desk person has no idea. I have called every day and still my shirt have not turned up. Yes, they were expensive because I wear big/tall, so now I have to file a police report and check the Marketplace to see if someone is reselling them. We will NEVER stay there again.
