Good hotel Really liked this hotel, front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very good, recently updated, clean, spacious. Breakfast was ok. Only negative was the laundry cost $1.50 for washing and $1.50 for drying, on this trip that was the most expensive. Overall a solid four stars and we would stay there again.

Not up to usual Hilton Standards I usually love Hiltons. I am a diamond member with over a million points. This one is substandard. I came home from a long tiring day of work to an unmade bed, garbage in the cans and old towels. I called the front desk and it rang and rang. I finally went down and was told rooms are only made up every day by special request. I didn’t know that. I also didn’t know they had a complimentary breakfast. Very disappointing. Even the Super 8 motel makes your bed each day. I do not recommend this place. At over $200 a night I expected better.

Average Hotel with below aveage amenities The breakfast was not what I expected. The eggs had no flavor. The potatoes were mushy when it should be crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I understand that it is also only a request to stay on the first floor. I booked weeks in advanced and when I checked in, I had a room on the 2nd floor. Normally, other hotels have honored my request. Such a shame this isn't the case in Redding. There is no electric vehicle (EV) charging. I travel a lot for work and use an EV. The front desk attend told me to charge at the Sundial Bridge. Why would I travel all the way to the sundial bridge to charge when I can stay at the Sheraton Hotel instead? As an EV owner, it is important to get my car to 100% before my work day. I had to waste precious time sitting at the charger during my stay before I could leave for work. I do not plan to stay here again unless there's an EV charger.

Horrible maid service I stayed at this hotel for a week and asked on 4 different occasions for maid service. It was never done and on the last day I had to call the front desk 3 times for tp, tissue and coffee. Horrible service.
