We got lucky we found a room Angela was awesome awesome environment made you feel like you’re right at home booking a room went smoothly I will be coming back thank you so much, Angela we came up for cool April nights when all the classic cars come out and Cruz and spectators like I said, we’ll be booking again for next cool April nights

Disgusting - the worst hotel I have ever stayed in - felt dirty and unsafe This place is absolute garbage and the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Sketchy area, dirty rooms, just gross everywhere. We were tricked by the photos and reviews. Just go to the Best Western up the street or anywhere else. I assume it was a hotel used for homeless people during COVID - it is really that bad. Never again. We just used it as a stopping point on a 900 mile drive - but picked it and made a reservation as a mid point. Total mistake. I felt disgusted every second in my room and could not wait to leave (tried to convince my husband just to leave even after check in.) I felt unsafe and gross.

NOT BEST/NOT WORST FIRST ROOM ASSIGNED WAS NOT CLEAN . SECOND ROOM ASSIGNED AND EVERYTHING WAS SATISFACTORY. ROOM WAS CLEAN ETC. PRICE WAS TOO HIGH FOR WHAT YOU GET. LOCATION WAS GREAT, RIGHT OFF FREEWAY, ACCESS WAS EASY IN AND OUT. SURROUNDING AREA WAS QUIET ALSO. STAFF WAS GREAT AND BREAKFAST WAS BEST PART OF THE EXPERIENCE.

Pick a different hotel No internet service. Rooms are sparce and the bedding was well worn. Beware the hotel is next to I-5 freeway so noise on those rooms is noticeable. Court yard and the pool looked nice but we didn't go swimming. We also did not have the breakfast so we can not give an opinion on the food.

No idea how this hotel is ranked #1. Upside-down rankings, perhaps? What a terrible room. We had high hopes after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor. It was a very pleasant check-in experience as well. It was all downhill after that. First, the floor was in awful shape. We had to walk uphill to the bathroom. There was mold in the corners of the bathroom, and not just in the shower. Either mold or dirt. Either way, unacceptable. There was no hand soap in the room for the sink and no body wash or bar soap in the shower. We awoke to water....at least I hope it was water....leaking from the ceiling fan/light in the bathroom. The sheets did appear to be clean but there was not even a hint of softness to them. They were plastic-y more than anything. The breakfast was marginal, at best. When I went to get eggs, there were none. They were filled later but, at that time, there weren't any. I was really expecting more from this hotel after reading the reviews but my wife and I were very disappointed.
