Great, short stay I stayed here to escape the heat for a few days. Booked using a remote-work deal that came with a few perks that made it super easy to work from my room. Great WiFi (I upgraded because of Zoom meetings), large desk with plenty of outlets to keep devices charged, peace & quiet, and great A/C. Shower and bed rounded out the experience for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep. Location is really good, part of the Redmond Town Center, so food and shops are right across the street. I highly recommend Kitanda for breakfast…get the Brazilian latte, so good. Great independent bookstore across the street. Parking was in a garage with easy in and out using room key. Pool looked inviting, but I didn’t get to check it out. Appreciated the extra COVID precautions, including a freshly cleaned remote.

Dirty and Old This hotel needs a major deep clean! My room was nasty gross! The toilet didn’t flush then the shower was drain was clogged. The room had huge dust bunnies, the desk was never wiped down with junk all over it. The cups in the room were not washed. There was mold in the shower. The sheet are dingy abs old thin need replacement. The towels as well are old and in need of some bleach. The gym had not been cleaned forever. No wipes for the equipment and people are in there sweating all over the equipment. No towels either. I called for both and they bring bath towels and wipes for remote controls. I told the front desk and he said he would go do it himself. I went back to the gym the next day and it was exactly the same. Never works stay there again!

Disappointing We had a terrible experience with this hotel. We booked this hotel for a soccer tournament my daughter was playing in. We booked a king room for three adults. Since the system assigned this room when we indicated three adults we assumed there was a pull-out couch. When we got there we were given a tiny room with no couch. We called the front desk thinking this must be an error. We were told their policy is that three adults can fit in a king size bed. They also said they do not have any roll aways. So, we had to go to Target and buy a blow up bed for my son to sleep on because it was a busy weekend and there were no other rooms available. My experience with other hotels is that their system will not let you book a room for three adults that does not have a pull out couch available. I was disappointed in the response I was given and hope Marriott changes their "policy".

Inconsistent with Marriott’s standards We stayed for 2-nights. The 2 stars given are for the hotels location and up-to-date rooms, lobby, and corridors. To begin, the check-in time is 4pm. We arrived around 5:30pm to check-in and was told our room was not ready and they are short staffed and the manager was on the floors looking for rooms that were ready. We were asked to sit in the lobby for another 30-minutes until I went to the desk for an update as we had a rehearsal dinner to get to. The lady that ended up checking us in was kind but the other lady seemed to be having an off day with her attitude. I was surprised they did not provide complimentary parking or something similar for their issues, still $15 a night. Went to the parking garage around back and their garage gate door was out of service until the maintenance man showed up to fix it with cars all waiting to enter and park. There was also a very large soccer tournament block in the hotel during this weekend. The room itself is very nice however cleanliness was an issue. Look at the dust on the beds headboard! Quite inconsistent from other Marriott properties we stayed at on our first trip to Washington; disappointing.

Housekeeping is now optional! We just returned from a 3-day stay at the Seattle Marriott (Redmond Town Center). When booking, we have always known that breakfast is not included in the price; we didn't realize, however, that housekeeping is also "upon request" and not for Sundays. The price for three nights was over $500--and we serviced our own room! It would have been more honest to include this information on the website/booking information so that customers can decide for themselves whether this new arrangement suits them.
