A gem This motel is small, rooms are super clean and beds are amazing. Walking distance to the pier. The owner was very accomating, my husband was ill and we had to stay an additional day, he was more than helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Getaway Danny The Owner is nice and sociable . Price is a little HIGH for what you get ..shower is big..bathroom small..room is small..No Fridge. LOCATION IS GOOD..BEACH AND LIQUOR STORES..WALKING DISTANCE. QUIET OFF PCH..

Good location, bad hotel This hotel is within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants and stores. It’s hard to get a cheap hotel in this area. But otherwise, it’s a horrible hotel - one of the worst I’ve been in. Tiny rooms, tiny bathrooms, heaters and showers that don’t work, etc. Also, no fridge or microwave. This is the absolute cheapest hotel you’ll find in this area, and there’s a reason. There are nicer hotels across the street for $10 more. Only stay here if you’re desperate.

Don't let the 2-star rating fool you! If we had an option, we'd stay somewhere else. The owners are super nice, but the accommodations are abysmal, even for the discounted rate they offered. Tiny rooms, tiny TV, no shampoo, etc., No tissue paper; no pool, and an awfully toxic smell.

Not worth the money Room was very small, Bathroom was very poorly lit,The tiny in room fridge was packed with their over priced items, internet service was hit and miss, first day, heat in the room didn't work, and the power outlet in the bathroom needed to be replaced as it didn't work either. Second day, heat didn't work again, Housekeeping never came to clean, we asked to have the room cleaned while we went to dinner, came back to a dirty room. There was an outstanding young man that worked the Valet Named Jake M, who went above and beyond to provide us with outstanding service.
