The room is big and clean The staff is very nice and quick response (I used APP text). The room is big and clean enough. But it will be nicer if there was a microwave in the room.

Car Broken into Hotel Manager did not care My car gotten broken into in the hotel parking spots. I understand that these things happen but there was a complete lack of any compassion or care from the hotel manager. He just ignored us after the incident and said they were not liable. Please avoid this hotel at all costs

Give me reason… Hyatt Place Reno Airport has very friendly staff and housekeeping does a great job at keeping both the rooms and the common areas clean. Positive vibe ends there. Sadly, Hyatt Place as a brand needs a top to bottom makeover. I have stayed at these properties since Hyatt rolled out the brand in 2006 by transforming the woebegone Amerisuites chain. After some initial stumbles with a two-tier breakfast — complimentary items with the option to pay for hot items — Hyatt Place went to a segment-leading and thoughtfully executed full complementary breakfast. Those days a long gone! Years of cost cutting have yielded a pitiful breakfast spread that is clearly worst in class! No grab and go options at all. No individual milk cartons. No individual serial boxes or yogurt… just a troughbrau for the masses complete with powdered eggs. Chorizo was served up on the last morning I was there... no bacon, no sausage. It certainly didn’t look like any chorizo I had ever seen growing up in the southwest! Industrial, dogfood grade crap worthy of backyard garden composting. To add insult to injury, Hyatt Place no longer offers daily housekeeping. Full cleaning after the fourth day and freshening after the second day. Completely unacceptable! This not an extended stay property or a timeshare condo, it’s a hotel where people leave for the day and expect to come back to a made bed! Moreover, the nearly 20 year old earth-tone and black granite aesthetic makes the interiors of these properties look horribly dated. It’s getting harder to find reasons to stay at Hyatt Place branded properties. Even as a WoH Globalist, Hilton Garden Inn, LaQuinta, and offering by Marriott are looking better and better.

Consultant Great quiet stay with excellent staff. Like the room- couch, desk and lots of space! Breakfast was delicious!

Great room. Great shower. Friendly staff. Good food Exceeded expectations. Room were quiet, roomy, modern, and bathroom was great especially the huge shower.
