Great location! Great location for an easy access into Seattle for an appt, IKEA for getting our steps in and shopping, Seattle Chocolate outlet for sweet tooth cravings and Jimmy Macs in Renton for a delicious steak dinner. Room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Amenities were good. The serve a good breakfast for reasonable prices. Only drawback for us was having no USB outlets on my side of the king bed. Would stay here again.

Never again! Management has done nothing to maintain the level of service I expect from HGI. Pool closed for repairs. Restaurant only open for breakfast. Hallway carpet filthy. Hallway and room smells moldy. Particles in air. Linens had a film on them- felt dirty. Wait staff in restaurant were good, but front desk staff not interested in guests. Hilton should evaluate whether it wants its name on this place.

Old, dated, and exhausted. Stayed at this hotel because we were in town for a few days for a concert. This hotel is extremely outdated and short staffed. The rooms are musky and out of date. Same with the hallways and common areas. You could tell that they are also short staff as the room service was closed/no housekeeping/ no pool as it is broken and not actively being repaired. For what they are charging for rooms this hotel should be in top notch shape! Wouldn’t stay here again!!

Not impressed at all Not a good place to stay. Staff wasn't friendly, the hallway needed to be vacuumed and the breakfast buffet was a joke and cost the two of us over $30 for what you'd get as a complimentary breakfast at less expensive hotels. The room was fine, but hotel location is in an industrial park. We're scratching Hilton Garden Inns off our list of places to stay!

Disappointed from arrival to after check out. Information on website is very misleading and inaccurate. Pool has not been in service for at least 5 years. There is NO bar (they claim their bartender quit so they closed it) Charged us for 2 "pet fees" of $150.00 after we had left the hotel. We provided service animal documentation upon arrival. Attempted to speak to manager on 3 phone calls and 2 emails and "KIP" does not return messages. One of the woman who works the front desk is extremely unprofessional and passive aggressive. We stay at Hilton at least 2X a month and this is the very first bad experience we have ever had. Do not stay here!
