Great hotel This was such a nice property, the rooms were beautiful. Just wish they had a patio area were you can sit and enjoy the day. Would be great if there were doors that could be opened by the pool so you could enjoy the pool and sit outside on nice days. Breakfast was good and they have cookies and milk available after dinner.

Best pool in tri cities Came here about a week ago, stayed because of the of the in door pool for the kids. Wow I was so surprised, we travel to the tri cities multiple times a year & this was our first time staying here. This has too be the biggest pool I have ever seen at a hotel. Very clean and also had a basketball hoop for the kids which was fun, also hotel was very clean and front desk staff was very accommodating. 5 stars!!!!

They don’t take care of their property This is our second visit. The first time the heat didn’t work. This time the bed was so concave and uncomfortable it was ridiculous. In fairness we didn’t ask to switch rooms which the night clerk who was very nice would probably have.it was very late and we were exhausted from a long drive.the furniture is old and well used. The room should not have been rented out. We used points so we were not out any money and not looking for compensation. I mentioned it to the girl at the front desk that the mattress was broken. Her response was oh that’s just the frame. I said no it’s really the mattress. She said well looks like there’s no charge on your room since you used points. Have a nice day. I asked if there was a hotel manager and she said she was the manager. I would have been horribly embarrassed by a room like that and would have at least apologized and said I will look into it or something other than bye bye. I have a feeling that that is the free room they save when they are close to being booked. They need a manager who can problem solve. I tried to add a photo but the file is too large.

Great hotel- comfortable beds and substantial breakfast We stayed here just for a night after a really dreadful night in a nearby Best Western (not a hotel issue itself, it was a baseball tournament team issue) and since we did not have a positive experience, decided that we would try another hotel with good reviews. While there was also a sports team here as well, the kids were younger than at the other hotel and actually had parental supervision going on. It was a much more pleasant experience. So just be aware during these sports events that some of the hotels can get very loud! The hotel itself was very clean and well taken care of. The bed was SUPER comfortable and the bedding was really nice too. The breakfast selection and area was very impressive. There was a lot of selection and there was a lot of seating which was nice. The only complaints I have is that the room smelled like an electrical sauna, almost like one of the wires was too hot or something and the toilets can't handle barely anything going in them. We're talking a basic number 1 and a wipe, and the toilet clogs. I had to get a plunger from the front desk and keep it there which would suggest the toilets need some TLC.

Cookies & Milk! Yummy Breakfast Hands down one of the best stays at a hotel I have ever had. Check in was fast and easy, staff was super friendly. Room was squeeze clean. Breakfast was so good, so many options. And they even sever cookies and milk at night. How can you go wrong here! Holiday Inn you won me!
