Great place We have stayed at many Baymont’s and other Wyndham places but this is the best! The cookies in the afternoon and the breakfast is wonderful from fresh fruit to good eggs and of course waffles etc. The syrup is even kept warm! The two ladies at the desk were most helpful with directions and suggestions of what to see in Richmond! And there is LOTS to see there and in the surrounding areas. Highly recommend the Wright Brothers home museum and the Levi and Cather Coffin museum too! But Richmond is a fine town if you like history and murals! We look forward to staying at this Baymont again!

A nice overnight Just fine for a single overnight. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice. Enjoy the lemon water, cookies, & coffee. Gentleman serving breakfast was very friendly and welcoming. Patrons should know that this hotel does NOT have an elevator. If you cannot manage the stairs with your bags, you should request a first floor room.

Ridiculous Listed as truck friendly, tiny parking lot.. Was woke up by front desk and asked to move that the page had more bookings. I said I cannot nice my truck till 4am.. she replied with " will you be moving your truck at 4am " I told her I'll leave at 4 That's rude as hell to wake someone up.. I shouldn't have been allowed to park if I was going to be kicked out.. That's ridiculous

If in a hurry and need sleep, pass on this one. The fan does not have a continuous fan and cannot maintain an even temperature in the room. You’ll hear it kick on and off all night. Window blackout blinds will not close completely, tried looking around for a clip. The buffet was out of sausage and sausage crumbles. The water is in the hallway outside the breakfast room and the orange juice tasted terrible. I couldn’t find an expiration date on it. The room had a slight paint smell but was not renovated. The downstairs is being renovated. Buffet guy was being nice and making eggs to order for everyone. Nice Dove products in the bathroom.

Breakfast Guy our hero. Thank you Beds are comfortable and the breakfast ok. The breakfast man, Richard was outstanding and our hero. Came through with a special car, We had a big issue with and Richard helped us out.... I won't go into details but he helped us out and we are greatful. Nice people in Richmond. Thank you!!!
