Great experience Love the rooms nice and clean the house keepers are great Charlie at front desk was very helpful. Very friendly staff. Great fresh breakfast. Overall great hotel and great experience. Beds were very comfortable I slept very well. Roo.s were very clean. Would recommend to anyone who ask. Very convenient location.

UNDISCLOSED PET FEE I was charged a $18 pet fee. This was taken out of the incidentals hold (which I was also not made aware was put on my card). When I called to ask about this, they told me it was my fault I did not understand when in reality no one ever mentioned a pet fee. Not on the Wyndham website that I booked through or when I checked in and disclosed I had a cat with me.

Great experience Hotel was very clean. Staff was very helpful and sweet. Slept great like a baby. Charlie at front desk was very helpful and great personality. I would stay again and recommend to family friends and anyone who ask about this hotel. Jenn and Lisa were great housekeepers and so e anything we ask for or needed and cleaned our stay over room just as if I was checking back in. Thank you for a great experience at my stay at super 8 motel.

Wonderful experience at the Super 8 in Richmond, KY I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and always find it to be very clean and comfortable and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient and there are multiple restaurants nearby. I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the Richmond, KY area.

Great Experience, Value, and Location The bed is one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. It's not a 5-star by any means, but the staff is very helpful and accommodating, and you can't beat the value for the rates on the room. It is located within short distance of anywhere I wanted to go with easy access from the highway. If I am ever in this area of the country again, I will definitely look to stay here again! Thank you!!
