Best Western PLUS Executive Hotel

Great stay! Kelly at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The complementary breakfast was excellent. I travel for business and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Richmond. Wonderful stay. Thank you Kelly for the great service.

Family vacation near Richmond The bathrooms are tiny. Very difficult to move around inside. The commodes could be taller, making it more accommodating to the elderly customers. Rooms and bathrooms are well maintained and much better condition than most rooms out there! Cleanliness was much appreciated!

Great hotel Wonderful and great vacation in the Richmond, VA area. Feel safe. Check-in was easy and smooth. Great customer service. Forgot to ask for his name. The weather was hot and so he gave me a bottle of water. Nice outdoor pool. Breakfast was great too: pancakes, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, eggs and sausages, yogurt, etc.

Another Great Stay Chech in and check out was fast and easy. Staff was very pleasant and polite. The room was clean.& well stocked with supplies. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. There were lots of food options, everything was fresh and warm. My stay was very enjoyable. This is my favorite place to stay when I visit Richmond.

If you are looking for a clean , safe spot to get some rest from the road just keep on driving-this is not that place! The driveway has massive holes in it. When we arrived there were sketchy people hanging around. It is located in a sketchy area frequented by vagrants and unhoused people. There was a sign in the lobby noting the coffee machine was broken. We left at 3:30 am because it was just so gross. Breakfast was included in the rate but after seeing what passes for clean in the rooms we did not dare to trust anything prepared there. We needed somewhere to sleep during our journey. We used to trust the Best Western brand but no longer after this horrible experience. We decided to splash out for the “executive” hotel. We travel a lot and this is by far the filthiest place we have ever had the misfortune to visit. We took showers and walked back to the bed. The short walk left the bottom of my feet so black that my husband had to wash them for me so I would not soil the sheets. Clearly the floors have not been washed in years. There was an unknown brown melted substance on the wall behind the microwave. We never used the appliances which were covered in dust. The tub had a stain around the drain and black mold on the ceiling above the shower. The toilet was dirty. The entire room was just dirty and needs a deep clean. The hygiene standards must be set at a very low bar. The best part of our trip was leaving.
