Comfy beds and great staff Me and my daughter booked a late last minute room during a long road trip home. The hotel was very clean and organized and the beds were so comfortable, best sleep of our trip!! While it was inconvenient that breakfast and parking weren’t included in the price it wasn’t an unreasonable amount. The staff was very friendly and welcomed we had a great talk with the staff members Jeanette during our breakfast. We would definitely stay again!!

Thx Richmond The bartender(name unknown.. forgive me) was amazing, she was very friendly. And 10 stars for Jeanette, she was so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was a nice a spread with lots of options for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and fitness center as well.

Roaches!! DO NOT STAY HERE! Things are hidden very well. The roaches only come out at night . We stayed here for a soccer tournament. I had the largest roach I have ever seen in my life climb up my wall. My husband caught it in a box and took it down to the front desk. Our friend found roaches crawling in her bathroom. Apparently it’s an issue that staff are aware of but management does nothing to fix. We had problems with our bill all weekend,from them charging our card twice, to they want to charge you $10 a day to park when the lot is no where full. The whole hotel needs updating. Our drawers didn’t close, the toilet broke, etc. Finally, we think the bartender working the bar was annoyed she actually had to work the bar. It’s a shame because she probably would’ve made some nice tips. Very terrible experience, will never be back.

Wonderful Experience Wonderful experience… We were attending a conference and needed a one-night accommodation. The breakfast was delicious and Jeanette was exceptional. Very kind and helpful. Lots of great options. The front desk staff were very welcoming. Thank you!

Welcoming Staff at Hilton Doubletree Midlothian Primary reason for the rating is the staff. From the front desk throughout, staff were very welcoming and made sure all needs were met. The breakfast in the Bistro was superb, and Jeanette, the hostess, was personable and engaging. She did an excellent job, not only of serving, but engaging in appropriate, but not intrusive, conversation (I am an older woman and was alone, and there were few people in the dining room at the time). She did a great job.
