Good for a short stay Perfectly ok, there is a 9 dollar charge to park in the lot. Seems like a money grab. We requested a crib and an ancient pack n play was given. We were only there one night so it was manageable. This place is good for a short stay. The breakfast was pretty decent.

Just OK Hyatt can do better. It was just OK. The facility needs updating and furniture is low grade, worn out and stained. Our little dog found chicken bone on the floor the minute we entered our room and we found an empty beer bottle. Management showed concern and added points to my Hyatt account which was reasonable. Parking was convenient and free for Discoverist Members but $8 or $9 otherwise. Breakfast was Continential and just OK. The bar offered beer and wine only. The desk staff was friendly. Check in was easy. Special thank you to Zia who went out of his way to be extra helpful. That said, we will skip this stop next time.

Great stay as expected. My stay at the Hyatt was a pleasant one. The room was clean and comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out processes smooth. The hotel's location was convenient and as expected for a Hyatt. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay. ________

Nice hotel but no room cleaning Stayed here 3 nights. Hotel was clean. On arrival, we had to wait a few minutes for someone to check us in. It looked like they were having an employee meeting in the lobby and the girl that ended up checking us in was in the meeting. This is the first Hyatt Place I’ve stayed at that charged for parking. $9 a day. Our room was a good size on the sixth floor. It was clean. Morning breakfast was decent- that had a smaller choice than some other Hyatt Places but coffee was great. In the elevator there was a huge sign that said rooms would be serviced after 2 nights. We stayed 3 nights and the room was never serviced. We had garbage overflowing and almost ran out if toilet paper. When I checked out, I asked at the desk why our room was never serviced. The front desk woman said “Well it’s really every third day”. I told her we were there for three full nights. Then she told me “Wrll based on your status with us, you could have had your room serviced every day, you just needed to ask”. I told her the girl that checked us in never mentioned that. Her response? “Well now you know if you go to another Hyatt.”
