Do not stay here My room, 426, had a filthy chair, broken shower curtain rod, mold in the shower, missing molding on the wall, & the freezer section in the refridgerator was frozen solid which froze items in the refridgerator. There was trash in the hall and my non-smoking hall, reeked of smoke. The staff seemed to know of the problems but were too worn down from hearing complaints. People/kids were running up and down the halls all night long. I will never stay there again

Guest Our first stay at Quality Inn was terrible. When we made reservations we specifically ask for a nonsmoking room. Did not happen. The room was absolutely filthy. We were in room 222. We left notes on all the items needing repaired at each area. The room needs a thorough cleaning. Dust on everything. We will not book a room here ever again. We overheard other patrons complaining also. Only one elevator worked. We were told waiting for parts. The rug definitely needs replaced and elevator needs a good cleaning.

Great stay If you want a 5 star hotel, go pay the 5 star prices. If you want affordable and a comfortable stay, book here. The king smoking room we had was clean,quiet and just what we expected. All the staff at the hotel were courteous and helpful, the young man that checked us in especially. Conveniently located to highway and restaurants. Will definitely book here again if we come back to Richmond.

Keep it Real First let me say, I did not take time to look at the reviews on this hotel prior to because I was making reservation at the last minute. This hotel is located in a very accessible area to interstate 64 and 95 as well as not too far from Short Pump shopping and dinning. When I arrived at the hotel, I had an ah ha moment. A friend of mind had shared how many problems she and her family encountered on one of their visits. I thought..."Oh no." But then I said to myself, "This is going to be a positive experience. It was very busy, several staff members were 'A No Show" and of course people were complaining as we do. I did what I usually do and that's stir up a conversation and encourage the staff. I want to give kudos to Tony the maintenance gentleman who made keys for me to a better room after the first room didn't open and when he did, it had not been cleaned. (Thanks Tony!!) Dee at the front desk..May God continue to bless you. She was calm...did I say Dee was calm. Dee shared with me that she is a special ED preschool teacher. She deserves a Spa Day and more.
