Good one night The clerk (Oliver) checking us in was AWESOME!!! The cook for Sunday was great too. She was friendly and willing to advise if questions or assistance was needed. I believe her name was Katrina if not apologies. Housekeeping could use a little upgrade, but things were decent.

Ok, but undisclosed deposit required Required a deposit uoon check in, that was not disclosed. Also, no guns policy not disclosed upfront. We were there for a state shooting sports championship and had to leave tens of thousands of dollars worth of equipment in our vehicle.

Stay somewhere else Room dirty. Spiders and roaches in room. Everything was damp. Pet/urine smell. Sink was clogged. Shower curtain rod was barely still in the wall.

Not again, not even if it was for free 1-When entering my initially room, I was immediately greeted by a strong marijuana odor permeating the entire space. I was then moved. 2-Marijuana odor throughout the entire hotel 3-Dirty public area 4-Dirty rooms 5-Broken drink dispensers for breakfast 6-Over cooked and old food for breakfast 7-Limited lighting in public area 8-Microwaves not working safely 9-Missing TVs in sitting room sitting area 10-Hair in the sink 11-Mold in the shower 12-No place to put toiletries in the shower 13-Loose toilet seats 14-Light switches not working 15-Coffee Keurig putting out brown water with no coffee pod 16-Three days of texting to management issues and they finally decided to called me 17-Management excuse is its under new owners and they are trying their best 18-No offer for discounted rate due to the issues 19-Malfunctioning key cards required multiple trips to the front desk to have them reset.

Here 1 night for rodeo NEVER AGAIN!!! Hair n syrup from syrup dispenser, Jamie(manager) is rude & unprofessional, breakfast is garbage, rooms dusty, floors dirty, room door doesn't lock, hallway nasty & smelly, outside door 2 pool isn't self closing so anyone can walk in....
