Kind people except for one. Beware Harris the salesperson lol Let me say that there are some very kind people at this hotel who truly care about you, your family, and your hard-earned money and because of them I will continue to stay at Hilton. I do however want to warn people against the salesperson there named Harris. We were scheduled to stay here, but our sons football tournament got canceled and in dealing with the hotel to get our stay canceled I had the worst experience I have ever had with an individual worker at a hotel, and we travel a lot. Harris was completely disrespectful, snarky, and just a downright mean-spirited human being to deal with. Harris "the salesperson" even hung up on me when he called me back to tell me that he would not be giving my family a refund. After I told him that I was able to get a refund for my stay, he hung up on me in the middle of my sentence, before I could say to him all I had to do was call someone else other than him and they gave me the refund with no issues at all and they did so with kindness, understanding and empathy all qualities Harris lacks. Weird that he couldn't do the same, he said that it came straight from his general manager "which I had to argue with him to even get him to ask her “hence the return phone call to happily tell me that he wouldn’t be giving us a refund. It honestly was almost like he thought he was teaching me a lesson and then got upset when it didn’t work out how he wanted it to. It clearly made him mad that I was able to get the help he absolutely refused to give. When I say refuse, I mean refused. If you ever stay here, make sure you check their policy before you book and whatever you do don't deal with Harris the salesperson.

Severely lacking Too many problems to list. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else! So not up to Hilton standards. Really horrible location. Hotel restaurant CLOSED on a Friday night and no other restaurants NEARBY. NO ONE but dominoes would even deliver. . Large conditioner in shower, completely EMPTY. COMFORT SMELLED OF DIRTY FEET.

Great location. Good water pressure. Update needed. Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Across from Intel. Older property. In need of renovation. Rooms, lobbies, and elevators are clean. Water pressure is good. Breakfast needs work. Not HGI standards. Staff was not very knowledgeable, and there was no manager on site. I was told my credit couldn't not be used for cooked to order breakfast only buffet. ?? Yeah! I don't know. There was another gentleman who felt the same way. McKenna was having a bad weekend. She was clueless about everything. I had 2 rooms 2 reservations. I asked for my keys for both, and she gave me keys for one said and ??? No water, no bye. So I reminded her I had a 2nd room. She said yes, someone is checked in. They can get the keys when they come. Okay. I'm here. It took a minute, but she figured it out. The entire weekend was downhill from there. The following day, she said I had to change rooms because someone checked into mine. Well, I don't see how that's possible when I'm in the room. She went to the back to call someone, so I didn't hear the conversation. I waited. She came out and told me she let me know what room I'll be in. Okay. I went on about my day. We stay in the room. I'm on vacation. I didn't have time for drama. She was definitely tired. She seemed to be doing everything on her own. Front desk, cook, lobby, manage, so she was definitely having a bad weekend. The elevator was sketchy, worked sometimes, and the door had trouble closing. It was clean, though. I did say that. Update is necessary. Staff and property. I don't recommend. As a diamond member it was extremely exhausting. I didn't argue. I was on vacation. There's more but I'm tired.

I would not recommend Not acceptable. The room had a shower curtain that was either Kold or grease on it. The refugees had something that looked like ice cream that had melted and was never cleaned out. The emergency information in both elevators was not readable, a definite safety hazard for all guests. The room was very noisy with all the traffics on a very busy street right next to the hotel.

Hot & Smelly Stayed here on a day that was 100 degrees and AC wasn’t working. We were switched rooms and it smelled so bad we had to check the toilet. When we called the front desk they said the AC was working in the original room. As a precaution we checked the room prior to moving AGAIN and the AC was not working still. I’m certain this is not the experience for everyone but it was less than ideal after a long day. The hotel didn’t offer any type of apologies, or even an offer for points for the experience. We won’t be staying here again, there are better hotels in the area.
