Beautiful rooms, kind employees, good breakfast with nice pool and hot tub. The rooms and staff were great. The staff were very welcoming and aware of their surroundings. The rooms were clean, beds were made, a fridge and other appliances were involved in the rooms which was great. Toilet didn’t flush well, as well as the tv only working for one channel wasn’t that great, but otherwise the service was miraculous. The pool and hot-tub were both cleaned along with the pool area being clean as well. Breakfast was lovely and good as there was a variety of foods/beverages. Overall the hotel was a good deal for $165 for 4 guests as the rooms were good for a one night stay. The lobby also included a sit down area with television and water. The hotel was a nice stay. I recommend it for anyone wanting to stay.

This was just BAD. The service at this hotel was unacceptable. The person at the front desk was rude to us initially, until we called the company saying we had booked a room but one was not given to us as the person at the front desk said we had no reservation. As we were calling the company, a room became available to us “all of the sudden”, and we were told that our reservation would work for the next night. The next night, we went to the front desk to be checked in to the room we had booked initially, but the same thing happened, and the person at the front desk could not get us checked into our room. She offered us two rooms for the price of one which she said were “emergency” rooms that would, combined, barely fit the four of us. Finally, a suite randomly became available, which we were grateful for, but when we arrived in the room, the carpets were dirty and stained. Service was not good and would not recommend this hotel. If you’re staying in Riverton, STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Completely unorganized and not very clean We arrived at the hotel at 5:15 PM (check-in is 3 pm). The front desk person checked us into room 310. She said she upgraded us, but our reservations were for a king room with sofa. We went up to find that the room was not cleaned. We went back to the front desk, and she said she would have housekeeping clean it immediately. We left to eat and came back 45 minutes later, and the room had not been touched. Went back to the front desk and she offered a downgraded room with no change in price (we used points, and she could not reverse it). Why would we downgrade to a small room after we booked a king suite? We opted to wait for the housekeeping staff to clean the room. We stood by the door with our luggage and waited. She used the same cloth to wipe everything including the toilet. She did not vacuum or clean the hot tub. From 10pm until 11 pm there were young children running up and down the hall screaming and slamming doors. I tried to call the front desk but got no answer. Another guest must have opened their door and asked them to be quiet and the adult with these children began yelling profanities at the guest. I was scared to open the door and thought about calling the police. The next morning, we tried to check out and were not in the system, we were listed as a “no show”. So now I have no receipt and no way to prove a nights stay for our gold rewards. Also, we should have received bonus points but did not. Breakfast was okay. Recommend staying at the Hampton Inn next door.

Good Place to stay This place was nice and well kept, including the rooms. The staff was very helpful and did a great job of keeping the food well stocked in the dining area. The service was great. The breakfast menu offered different foods each day. We were there for 4 days.

Great Place to stay. Have stayed here several times. The rooms are clean and comfortable and they look to be doing updates on a regular basis. The breakfast is always good, even during the pandemic they went out of there way to provide a great breakfast. Large parking lot and the staff will go out of their way to help you in any way they can!
