Awesome service from Jenn Jenn went above and beyond to take care of me. I really appreciated it. She made sure I had what I needed and kept an eye on my belongings for me. My company has used this establishment before and have not been disappointed. They are always on point

The manager of the hotel JENN is a hero for this hotel .She is always here and take of the customers The cleanest hotel and towels I have ever seen,the breakfast was good according other American hotels . The room was very wide and all kitchen equipments were in the room Location is near Roanoke Airport so it is easier to reach the hotel I would come again

Very positive Restaurant staff was amazing. Kristhona was on point and had great menu suggestions. Very timely with service considering how busy the bar/restaurant was. Food was very tasty and fresh. Drinks were made correctly and temperature was correct. Krishona explained unavailable items.
