Fine hotel for short stays, but not for longer than 2 nights This hotel is clean and provides all the basics for tight budgets; but if you're staying more than two nights I don't recommend. My family stayed four nights and were very ready to leave by the end. Our room was never cleaned. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast is minimal, and some of the food low quality.

Not worth the money There are numerous hotels in that area that are equal or better for less money. This was below whart I expected from a Hyatt

Did Not Live Up to Our Expectations for a Hyatt. Our objectives for this stay were to get a good night's sleep and get a decent breakfast. We got neither. We wanted a room for two adults and two children. We asked if they had a room with two queen beds, and we were told they did. When we got into the room, I looked at the beds, and they did not look queen-size (60-inch width). I measured them, and sure enough, they were double beds (about 54 inches). I questioned the front desk about this, and they said that corporate told them they had queen beds in the room and there was nothing they could do about it. We jerry-rigged the pull-out couch, which had a flimsy mattress and was also a double bed. Maybe other couples can sleep in a double, but we have a king bed at home, and going down to a double is darn near impossible for us. The bottom line on the sleep situation was that three out of four people had miserable nights of sleep, and this could have been alleviated if the accommodations were better. The breakfast was bland and forgettable. The oatmeal was watery, the eggs were hard, and the bananas were green. This is not what I have come to expect out of the Hyatt. And someone at the Hyatt needs to understand what a queen-size bed is.
