Poor choice of hotels The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. There was plenty of hot water; however, the night desk clerk (Linda)was very rude. I am a handicapped person and walk with a walker. There are two handicap parking spots outside of the hotel entrance door to the rooms. There were guys staying there doing solar installations in the area and they parked in the handicapped spots without a handicap hang tag or license plate. The license plates were from Texas and Georgia. Linda was informed of this by me, and I was told "it's not a major issue. The hotel really doesn't enforce this". She didn't make an effort to go correct the problem until I told her that I needed to get a walker out of the car and according to ADA it is reserved for handicapped guests. Linda asked for my room number and finally went to the area to speak with the guys parked there who were outside drinking alcohol (beer) in the parking lot. The next day when I returned to the hotel, they were parked in the handicapped spots again. I went to the lobby again and spoke with Linda asking when the owner or manager would be available. Linda very rudely replied that she owner) would be behind the front desk in the AM and I would see here there if I came to the lobby. The next morning, I did speak with Belle Gill who stated that she was the Manager. She apologized and put a wet floor sign in one of the handicapped parking places. That evening when I returned the vehicle was again parked in the handicap spot and had backed over the sign put there by Mrs. Gill. When I entered the hotel every day there was a very strong smell of marijuana in the hallway. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Decent Kind of your typical Quality Inn. Clean and comfortable but well used like most others in this area. We didn't have any problems with our room and the wifi worked decent. Unless you stay at one of the casinos this is probably as good of a hotel that you'll find in the area. We will continue to stay here when we're in the area.

No First Floor Room Made reservations about 3 weeks in advance to get first floor room. Told them that me and my wife do not do stairs very well. Ended on the second floor and the stairs were very steep. A.C blew curtains. Holes in sheets. Switch plate in bathroom had ONLY one screw. Upstairs had the order of Skunk. For the price I had to pay was not worth it.

Never Again Booked this room for my husband’s birthday weekend. We got a jacuzzi suite. We entered the room and it smelled like mildew and there was dirt on the carpets and everything was dusty. It was unbearable. We were offered a refund or another room. We took the option of another room. I was disgusted by the condition of this room. All of the vents were caked up with dirt and dust and there was black mold all over the walls and ceiling. The tub had a hole in the bottom of it which they tried to cover with a slip resistant mat. The toilet was not seated to the floor and rocked back and forth. All furniture and carpets were tattered and and stained. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life! I hope like heck they didn’t have bedbugs.
