Don't bother to stay here unless your desperate We stayed here one night which was one night too much. We didn't expect this to be a 5 star hotel but we didn't expect to be reprimanded for wanting more paper cups! There were 2 paper cups and 2 very small containers of shampoo & conditioner ( 1 of each) in the bathroom so I looked for the housekeeping cart in the hallway. As I was taking 2 more cups, two of the housekeeping staff looked at me and the man said I would get 2 more in the morning. Hmm, I won't be here in the morning after he cleans the room! The towels were very thin and scratchy. The room had a no smoking sign in it, yet the carpet had a lot of burn marks. There were no tissues in the bathroom. The breakfast was a too-go bag filled with a few items. Guess we should have stayed across the street at the Hyatt Place. Their rates were higher, but would have been worth it.

Not Bad for the Price I only stayed overnight. Could not connect to internet. Staff was friendly. Overall neat and clean but a bit dated. Bathroom floor was covered in water from what appeared to be a leak from the shower. It happens. Moved me to different room, no worries.

AVOID I stayed there because it was listed as taking extra precautions to be Covid-safe (including the mandatory use of face masks). During the second night of my stay, I realized that the sheets I had slept on the night before had a massive pee stain on them (I don't know how I missed it the first night). When I called to ask for replacement sheets, a man WITHOUT a mask came to my door and handed me a sheet. I have a bad immune system, and I was not about to put my health at risk, so I was forced to sleep without a sheet on the bed. The next morning, the same man was working WITHOUT a mask. So much for safe policies and clean rooms! AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Don’t trust the name, worst Wyndham 1/5 stars. My partner and I arrived late Sunday evening for an essential business function we had near the hotel. With this some days we would be working remotely in the hotel room. The first night we were given two room keys, and the door took about 20 attempts to open. We walked in to a moldy smelling room, that though looked “straightened up” had stains in the bath tub and on the mattress, and a tear in the curtain. The water never got hot, only warm on the highest setting. The toiletries provided were half filled, probably used from the previous person. Then when we tried to work remotely, we had no WiFi service, though it states it was provided. The building is old, the rooms and decor are old, and you feel like everything has been over used. The only positive, is the AC worked. Otherwise place deserves the title of a motel and needs to lose the Wyndham association. Would not recommend, and for sure not worth the price.
