Off the list New owners/managers; 2-3 families living here. Language a problem. Outdoor seating area unwelcoming. Desk/dining signs old. Room/bath clean; bed comfy. No coffee maker. No USB ports. No housekeeping. Asked at desk for needed items. Guy complied, just scowled at me. Same breakfast menu everyday. MSNBC on monitor; local station would be more appropriate. Shuttle service mini van to Mayo only to 3:30 p.m. Absurd. Shuttle needed clean up; food crumbs and litter. Called for pickup after appointments. Took 5 calls for them to pick up the phone, which caused us angst. Pool closed by health dept. Saw managers' family still using. Kids under 16 unaccompanied by adult. Wet footprints around pool and in elevator. When asked, woman said I could use. Why would I do that when health dept. cited violations? Unfriendly staff. Felt like we were a bother.

This place is a DUMP! By far the worst stay on our travels we have ever had! This place is a dump! They failed to tell us the pool and hot tub were not working. They lied about how long it was not in operation and also lied that it would be fixed and back in operation during our stay. The staff was unfriendly and when confronted they made us feel like dirt. The older gal at the desk even had the nerve to say "please step aside, I have a guest waiting behind you". On top of that, our shower/tub was not draining properly and had to stand in our own bath water during our stay. The entire public areas of the building smelled of cooked food, assuming done by the staff. Gross! The eggs at breakfast were cut into cubes that from a distance appeared to be pineapple. The breakfast was gross too! Do not waste your money here!

Nope. Don't stay here. "Accessible" room didn't have enough space between the furniture for a wheelchair. The bathroom tub didn't drain well. Bathroom didn't vent the steam at all. The breakfast foods offered were very poor quality. The worst part was the super rude and unfriendly front desk clerk who questioned our need for an accessible room (not all disabilities are visible) and then the next day, gave me the third degree when I requested more towels. He should not be working that job. We won't stay here again.

Avoid this cheap and dirty hotel Horrible customer service. Very rude. Didn’t speak clear English. Lobby stinks of mildew. Dirty diaper sitting outside of a room on the floor. Old couch/hide away bed in our room. Mattress very old and sagging. Bathroom seems fine. Old but clean. Furniture appears to be from the early 70’s. Old, stinky and dirty in every way. Not even attempting to eat the breakfast. The idea of eating here is nauseating. Explains empty parking lot and cheap room.

Horrible They advertised free clinic shuttles but would only do 1 round trip per day. When asked about this, they said,”It says right here on the sign,” while pulling out a printed sign from behind the desk at the same time. After trying to call, I was hung up on and the staff argued with me about this policy. The pool had a “ closed by health inspector” dated January 2024. Six months later it was still closed, although it is still advertised on their website. Room was not the cleanest and breakfast was so-so. Same choices day after day. Noisy, noisy, noisy!!! DEFINITELY NOT STAYING HERE AGAIN!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
