Highly Recommend Great place to stay. Staff is awesome! Very friendly, helpful and efficient. Great location for restaurants, shopping and Mayo Clinic. Quiet,comfortable rooms. We have been staying here every three weeks for the past year. We highly recommend this Microtel!

It was a good stay . The room was nice and clean, though the carpet could probably be washed once or twice. The overall stay was pleasant even for arriving later than hoped. Joseph was very kind and helpful and I appreciated his helping me to get the room I needed. It was a good stay.

Awesome. Stay here often. Best place in town, overall. Price is good, the place is kept up and clean. Everything always works. Staff Is kind and interactive without being overbearing. Not a bad location. All in all great!

"Non Smoking" hotel is anything but Rooms are not very clean. The entire place REEKS like smoke. I had to roll towels up and put them on the floor by the door to try to keep the smoke out of my room. There were also dogs in this "pet free" hotel. (I'm a dog person, it just shows they don't enforce any policies)

Honest traveler You get what you pay for. Don’t expect too much. I’d recommend booking one night, and seeing if it works for you before extending your stay. Location was convenient, close to stores and restaurants. But cleanliness was not their top priority. Keep that in mind if you are a Mayo Clinic patient who’s immune compromised.
