Great Staff - Improvements needed in the rooms. The staff were absolutely the best and willing to help with any issue that arose. It was difficult to get the key to work each time we returned to our room. The air conditioner was very loud and when listening to the TV, we had to turn the volume way up to be heard over the air conditioner. There was also an odor in the hall and in the rooms. Additionally, the room was very damp making it feel that everything we owned was damp when packing to go home. Simple but good continental breakfast. Appreciated the shuttle to Mayo and back.

A pleasant place, friendly steff. My GO-TO motel when I come to Rochester for my Mayo Clinic treatments. Nothing fancy, but clean, a comfortable bed, a hot shower, and everything else I need. Across the street are a Walgreens, a Chick-fil-A, a Chipotle Mexican Grill, a Jimmy Johns Sandwiches, an Outback Steakhouse, a laundromat, a Dollar Tree, and more. A regularly scheduled shuttle bus stops at the front door to take me to the clinic. Also, a city bus stops a few hundred feet away and it also has a stop at the clinic.

DON’T STAY HERE!!! It smells of swamp water as soon as you enter. Pool area looked very dirty. Staff was rude and needed hygiene lessons.

Family Visit Good location - clean rooms and good facilities for what we needed during a week’s stay to visit family. Basic but adequate breakfast but shops and takeouts across from hotel in mall area. Room comfortable and clean. Friendly helpful staff. Pool and pleasure area are ok to chill in whilst at hotel. Would use again.

Avoid this hotel This hotel is not smoke free. It is in a seedy part of town. The hi-light of our trip was the shuttle to the Mayo clinic.
